I love the village of Hornton nestling in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. The beautiful walks, views and country sounds add to a tranquil life. This is where values are upheld and life is pretty near to 'perfect'.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Although the property stands in this quiet and charming village it is close to many cities and amenities. A car is a necessity but within a short drive you can experience a cross section of middle England - famous cities, towns, villages, isolated fields and wooded areas to winding canals, quaint pubs and National icons.
The cottage was warm, cosy. very well appointed and Annie did everything to make us welcome.
Would definitely recommend this property and hope we can return in the future.

Great geographical location
Our stay was very relaxing , the farm house annexe was very clean and accommodating the geographical location is fantastic it is in the middle of some great historical towns and villages.
The owners were extremely nice and helpful . We were given permission to bring along our 14 week baby which of course we are very greatful, all amenities were catered for , we will be returning to enjoy this little gem again . We are giving it a four out of five . the missing star is not a negative , it just does not have the wow factor . Nevertheless we would recommend to our friends and family

Quiet and peaceful
Just spent a lovely couple of days at Annie's place and thought it was great. Would love to spend longer there next time, lot of lovely places to visit from this central location.
The accommodation had everything we needed thanks to Annie, the added extras she supplied. We really appreciated it.

quiet, peaceful & comfy
We have only recently returned home from staying 10 days at Annie's place and both my wife and i thought it was lovely. If you want somewhere peaceful but within easy travelling distance of loads of history & plenty of country walks this is for you. We recommend the Falcon pub at Warmington and the Rose & Crown at Ratley for excellent food.
The accommodation has everything you need and the gardens are really well kept and relaxing with nothing to spoil the sense of peace as you forget the world outside.
Annie is a lovely person, extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to and deal with and we would recommend her listing without hesitation.

it was a perfect property and location
we have stayed in many similar situations all around the country but have never encountered such a lovely host as Annie , I cant tell what a pleasure it was to have stayed at her lovely property and had the benefit of her help on where to go and what to do and her lovely fresh fruit delivered to our kitchen every morning .
The location is perfect for lots of locations within 10-30 minutes away .
Best ever lodgings all in all .

Fantastic stay. Quiet location, lovely cottage and a very friendly and hospitable cottage owner who looked after us superbly- we'll be back.

In the heart of the Warwickshire countryside we are central to many tourist attractions such as Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace as well as the Cotswold scenic villages for example, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold and for retail therapy - Bicester Village. London and Birmingham can be reached by train in 50 minutes. However, please don't forget the beautiful country walks taking you through unspoilt and deserted countryside right on your doorstep!
