Why Jane Kilham chose Dersingham
Dersingham is a very friendly village close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and Anmer Hall. There are two pubs which serve great food, beer and wine plus there are lots of fast-food outlets in village too. Plenty of places for walking the dog(s) - we allow 2 dogs (first is free and £20 for second). Great cycling too - we have a lockable store for bicycles. We also have a good garden space with seating and a barbeque is available. There are lots of places to visit nearby - nature reserves, beaches, stately homes and towns such as Burnham Market, Holt, Hunstanton and King's Lynn.
What makes this Cottage unique
Tresco is an extremely roomy cottage with two bath/shower rooms; a snug if you fancy a quite read or to listen to music. Also a large cupboard full of board games, e.g. scrabble, chess, bogle, snakes and ladders, etc.

What a delightful cottage, clean and well equipped set in a lovely garden. The village of Dersingham is a lovely place to stay with an excellent butcher and deli and a very good Coop. There are plenty of walks nearby including a walk to Sandringham. We were welcomed by Simon on arrival and found some lovely goodies waiting for us in the fridge. We had a pleasant week and hope to return,
