Ready for a relaxing stay in a gorgeous location? Come to our beautiful, fully restored brick farmhouse located on an historic farm in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. This spectacular home is both grand and welcoming with easy access to area attractions, mountain views and nearly one mile of access to the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. A truly outstanding property for those wanting gracious country charm.
Our farm provides a unique location for your memorable family reunion, small corporate retreat or artists/writers weekend. Please note that events which include more than the ten guests staying at the property require a separate contract and additional fees will apply.
You can surround yourself and your guests with the beauty and quiet of the Shenandoah Valley. The White House Farm is one of the most historical and interesting locations in Page County, a delight to all who visit.
Want to hold a special event for a few of your closest friends? Booking our farm is the perfect way to reconnect, gain inspiration from natural beauty and have a great time cooking incredible meals in our chef-class kitchen. We have two Viking convection ovens, a large propane range and a lovely natural-light kitchen with plenty of space for you and your guests.
Our fully landscaped grounds will be appreciated by horticulturalists and photographers with bulb gardens featuring heirloom and old-fashioned iris, daylilies, peonies and dahlias. Native trees and wildflower beds provide a sense of place to the farm and support our abundant bird species. In 2013, we landscaped the outdoor pool/hot tub area, providing a beautiful location to relax after a walk to the river along mowed paths through our native warm season grass and wildflower area.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the White House boat landing is conveniently located within sight of the brick farmhouse, providing a great place to take out your canoe or kayak after a float trip down the Shenandoah River.
We even allow dogs (though they need to remain outdoors).
Please note that weddings are not included in the overnight rental price. We are glad to speak with you about our separate pricing structure to hold your ceremony and/or reception at the farm.
The farm is named for the White House, a residence and Mennonite meeting place, constructed in 1760, a fascinating location for the historians in your party.
We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably and offer privacy for your family or guests and yet we are conveniently located 3 miles from Luray Caverns, 10 miles from the entrance to the Shenandoah National Park and 3 miles from downtown Luray.
