This property is unique and has spectacular vistas! From the outside on the top level it looks like a bungalow due to the fact its lower levels is out of sight. On the ground floor there is a large bright L shaped lounge with a real fireplace, large windows and access to the terrace with its enviable views of Torreblanca, the sea and the mountains. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC are also on this level. The kitchen has marble worktops with lots of cupboards on two levels, there are two ovens, six ring hob, hot plate, grill, microwave, American fridge freezer, double sinks and stainless steel extractor hood.
Both bedrooms are doubles, one of them having twin beds, and have double glazed PVC windows, air conditioning, built in wardrobes and access out on to the terrace. Both of the bedrooms are en-suite with one having a large modern bathroom with a full bath and a shower and the other has a shower.
On the lower level there are a further three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms with two of these bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have views of the pool. There is also another bathroom which has a walk-in shower. On this level you will also find a separate lounge area.
There is as of 2018 (so available only to guests who book from 2018 onwards) a separate apartment area on the pool level with extra lounge (TV and WiFi), kitchen and two single beds + bathroom! Note that if this was not built, finished and advertised at the time you booked or if your group size is 10 or fewer, it may not be provided for your group.
There is a private garage as well as street parking for guests.
Outside there is lots of terrace areas around the covered pool with plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining, offering incredible panoramic views. Please note that the jacuzzi tub visible in the photos, is NOT for guest's usage.
This area is the lower part of Torreblanca and is only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants, the train station and the beach. Neighbouring Los Pacos, Los Boliches and Fuengirola are all only a stones´ throw away
Fuengirola is located just 25km west of Malaga and is easily accessible by road, bus or train and is a popular tourist and residential area. Fuengirola has a population of 75,953 inhabitants with an average yearly temperature of 18 degrees and an average yearly rainfall of 570mm. The main reasons for its popularity is its location and proximity to the resorts of Benalmadena and Torremolinos to the east and the resorts of Mijas Costa and Marbella to the west, just over 35km away. It also has 8km of coastline of which is mostly uninterrupted beaches of which there are 7, one being a blue flag beach. Fuengirola offers an array of shops, bars and restaurants as well as shopping and commercial centres. For entertainment there are multi-screen cinemas, a water park, naturalistic zoo, skateboard park, go-karting, water sports, boat trips, theatres, kids mini-park, historic castle, crazy golf and more to keep both the adults and the children occupied.
The areas of Los Boliches and Torreblanca are busy areas in their own right but offer a less fast pace of life. The high street and side streets in Los Boliches provides a gluttony of little bars, restaurants not only offering international drinks and cuisine but that of quality local produce and has its very own identity. Torreblanca is very frontline orientated but not to the extreme of its neighbouring areas where sitting out enjoying a drink or a meal looking out over the Mediterranean is a customary act. Both of these areas have a train station.
