Heaven

  • 5 of 5

Richard was extremely attentive to any concerns. Pool area and gazebo fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The house could use a little TLC but just some minor things .

Great place. Tons of space. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Gazebo was awesome spot to sit.

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful time with our large group. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. Lots of deck and dock space. Gazebo was a wonderful spot to relax out of the sun with a nice breeze coming through there. Could catch some of the sunset from there.

Rented kayaks for the week and quick access to Marco River for fishing, and watching sunsets, dolphins, and stingrays.

Pool and jacuzzi was great. Huge convenience having the outdoor poolside bathroom.

Very roomy lanai where we had most of our meals as a large family.

Owner was attentive to any concerns.

Would love to go back!

Great location, but the house needs love

  • 3 of 5

The house was a good location on Marco Island, but is in need of some updating. For sleeping and cooking dinner, it was fine, but there were numerous things around the house that didn't function well or needed to be fixed. We didn't expect them all to be fixed immediately, but expected more from a place that had such high reviews. Outdated fixtures and furnishings are understandable, however, for the price the amenities were not what they should have been. The pool was lovely, but there was a malfunction with the motor or some other part of the system and it made this horrible noise throughout the trip. Additionally, the hot tub heater did not work and it was lukewarm at best. Overall nice stay, but the house needs a bit of an overhaul to bring it to 100% functionality.

The home on Marco Island has an amazing layout that provides privacy for guests and versatility. The location is wonderful with access to nearby waterside attractions, bars, beaches and restaurants. We are sad to be leaving. Thank you to the hosts for making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Everyone loved this house!

  • 5 of 5

This house was beautiful with plenty of room inside as well as outside for our large family group! The dock and gazebo area is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of clean sheets, barh towels and beach towels! This house was very clean and the owner, Richard, could not have been nicer or easier to work with! We hope to come back again next year!

Relaxing, luxurious comfort

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. Very comfortable and spacious with all amenities. The furnishings and decor are all very updated and stylish. There were six of us and plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds made for pleasant relaxation and a restorative stay. The owner, Richard checked on us often by phone and kept us informed as well as dealing with any issues. We definitely would recommend this property and really enjoyed our family time in Marco Island and nearby Naples!
