Roomy, airy and convenient.
This cute apartment is situated in a very quiet neighborhood bordering Old Town Ft. Collins. We were able to walk, and a couple of times bicycle (the owners have bicycles available!) into town. There is a nice riverside trail connected to town for walking or riding also. We always found parking in front of the house. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was roomy and light. The owners were always available if needed. The only issue would be that some nights trains travel through town and if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. (Trains are required to sound their horns throughout their trip through towns.) Obviously a situation common to any place in the same general area. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Ft. Collins!
This unit was wonderful! It worked great for us, and the location was wonderful. The owner was nice, we met them at check-in. They provided lots of information about the nearby area. I hope to stay here again!
Thanks for saying such nice things. You’re all welcome back anytime.
Great apt. Has everything you could want or need!!
very nice quiet place
Great place to stay . Quiet ,safe and very comfortable
This is the perfect place to stay to see Old Town and access CSU. Comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the hospitality!
Had everything we needed in a fun neighborhood
Hosts were great and helped us get oriented to a concert festival in the neighborhood. They also had a binder with recommendations including restaurants which worked out for us.
Located in the heart of Old Town and only blocks from the charming center of the historic downtown Fort Collins, we are close to unique shops, restaurants, brewpubs, museums and galleries. See great art and catch some local live theatre or music year round. Over 30 miles of off-street bike trails follow the beautiful Cache la Poudre River and Spring Creek and link to other trails that go throughout the city or into the nearby foothills to mountain-biking trails. Walk or bike to several local breweries for tours and tastes. We're only 45 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and there are plenty of other scenic byways in the nearby foothills and canyons.
