Had everything we needed in a fun neighborhood
Hosts were great and helped us get oriented to a concert festival in the neighborhood. They also had a binder with recommendations including restaurants which worked out for us.
A comfortable home away from home
My mom loves to come up to Fort Collins each summer for one of the French Nest Markets. We shop, relax, walk, and go out to eat. The garden level apartment was the perfect place to start and end each day. Comfortable, spacious, very clean and well-equipped. More light and airy than I might have expected for a basement apartment. We felt welcomed, and found answers easily from the homeowners when questions came up. A great location - easy walking distance from restaurants and shops. We'll be back, for sure!
This property was perfect for our visit. A well kept home that was warm and welcoming. A great location for walking downtown or biking to campus. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Awesome Location in Fort Collins
Stayed at the Kluver Home for 5 nights/ 6 days while playing in the Colorado Triple Crown Fastpitch Tournament. What a perfect place. Very well kept, super clean, very comfortable lower daylight basement coverted into an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, washer/dryer/ dishwasher and stayed cool during 102 degree days. While the owners liver above on main floor, you would never know they are there and the little details they provide (local art from local artists, leave a beer-take a beer policy, bikes to ride with helmets in closet, etc) make it all the better. With our schedule centered around softball, we were in and out all day for several days but ended up having Saturday to explore and we visited Coyote Wilderness area which was a very memorable hike with historical artifacts set in the Public Land/Open Wilderness areas. Fort Collins has tons of local breweries, artists, music events and places to hike make this one of our favorite places to visit and we hope to come back next year with more time to explore. Thanks to the owners for making it a relaxing trip and we will for sure book this place for next year's Triple Crown Tournament in Fort Collins.
A sweet little stay
We had a lovely stay in this comfy apartment so close to Old Town. The owners are helpful and the entire experience was a breeze. Thank you!
Relaxing and pleasant. Great central location. The neighborhood was very pleasant.
Check in was on time. We found the apartment so easy with great parking. I met Charlie the dirst day on arrival and he was very informative of the area attractions. The apartment was very well stocked, organized and clean and made the stay so relaxing. We will definitely stay there again when we visit fort collins.
Located in the heart of Old Town and only blocks from the charming center of the historic downtown Fort Collins, we are close to unique shops, restaurants, brewpubs, museums and galleries. See great art and catch some local live theatre or music year round. Over 30 miles of off-street bike trails follow the beautiful Cache la Poudre River and Spring Creek and link to other trails that go throughout the city or into the nearby foothills to mountain-biking trails. Walk or bike to several local breweries for tours and tastes. We're only 45 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and there are plenty of other scenic byways in the nearby foothills and canyons.
