The apartment has just completed a full refurbishment of the highest standard, allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy the wonders of this famous Cornish town. There are various parking options across St Ives with the nearest being 5 minutes away, guests also have the opportunity to drop their luggage at the apartment before parking.

A wonderful apartment with breathtaking views of the harbour in a wonderful location

We arrived at the apartment and instantly fell in love with the view from the bay window. We have a small family so my wife, two boys (6 months and 3) and myself, if you have a similar situation I won’t lie it’s a logistical challenge but well worth it I promise. The best parking is the train station a short walk away so you need to park the car and drop of the mountain (in our case) of supplies to take up to the second floor apartment. Jess was outstanding and provided possibly the best service I have ever encountered, responding almost instantly to questions and providing information and recommendations about the local area. The location was perfect for us on a family trip, we got to see the RNLI lifeboat launch which my eldest loved. The local food was excellent and we highly highly recommend blas burgerworks just a stonethrow from the apartment if you are walking to porthminster beach. We kept entertained with walks on the beach and in the local amusements arcade so do your research if you have older children as I didn’t notice many major attractions to keep the older ones entertained. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and you will not be disappointment by the views and amazing service Jess provides. We found it hard to leave

Amazing uninterrupted view of the sea. Clean. Nicely furnished and nice welcome tea coffee and milk

Lovely bijou place. Quite small and 27 steep steps up to the Appartment. Bath towels were large hand towels. Otherwise everything was perfect and we’d definitely come again

Lovely apartment in an excellent location.

This is a very well appointed apartment in a very good location. It's a five minute walk from the station (we travelled by train) and about 2 minutes from the harbour and high street, with all that they have to offer.

But the highlight has to be the view from the large bay window: an uninterrupted vista of the harbour and bay of St Ives. We loved it and would definitely book it again, and again!

Perfect view

Everything we needed in a property. Stress free. A truly great position with that incredible view! Extra fun was had as we were there during the ‘Beast from the East’ storm watching waves break on the sea wall below and spray hitting our window. It must be great during summer as well.

Beautiful apartment and an equally beautiful view!

Also set in the perfect location, with parking at the Train Station really close by.

The apartment has everything you need, the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits that are provided on arrival are a lovely touch too!

We really cannot wait to come back!
