This charming property was built in 2011, on land with 6,000 sq.m. The land surrounding the villa has been planted into a colorful garden, with more than 2000 individual plants, including olive trees, various fruit trees, a "summer" vegetable garden, aromatic herbs, and many other types of decorative plants and flowers.
The location of the villa is in the exclusive "beach" area of Antiparos Island, and specifically, between the 2 best and most well known beaches, on Antiparos;
(1) Apandima Beach, which is only a short walking distance of about 500 m from the house and (2) Soros Beach, which is slightly further away, at about one mile distance.
Also, in front of the house, there is a small beach, at a distance of only 200m, unknown to the public and used, infrequently, only by the few owners of the 2-3 houses which surround our villa, who know its existence.
The neighboring houses belong to prominent, Greek and International families, from the Shipping, Industrial and Entertainment world.
Tom Hanks, the american actor, spends his summers, with his Hollywood friends, at his house, which is only a few hundred meters down the road from our villa.
The interior of the house is, and tastefully furnished, and is kept in impeccable condition.
The surface area of the villa is 160 sq.m., and consists of :
- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
- Fully equipped, open plan kitchen, living room, and indoor dining table
Furthermore, there are:
-Shaded terrace, with magnificent views of the sea in front of the house, with comfortable, reclining ’’chaises-lounge’’ chairs (for sipping your evening cocktails, while gazing at the moon’s reflection on the silvery sea water).
-Outdoor dining area, shaded from the sun, with panoramic views to the sea in front, with built-in dining table, for 8, or more guests.
On a clear day, you can see the profile, of the 7 near-by islands, on the horizon.
The house, has the use of the pool, which exists in the garden, and which is shared with the other 2 houses, which exist on the same compound.
Surrounding the pool, are sets of reclining beach chairs and umbrellas, which are complemented with small cocktail tables.
The pool area, next to the pool, incudes a large dining table,
as well as a built-in BBQ, which can cook 2 entire lambs simultaneously.
A changing room, with toilette and separate shower facility
complement the pool area, for the comfort of the swimmers.
The garden is surrounded on all 4 sides, by a stone wall, and the main gate to the grounds, Is electronically controlled, for utmost privacy.

-Maid Service and change of linen and towels 2 times per week, is included, and is free of charge.
-There is no cleaning fee.
-Open plan fully equipped kitchen, with full oven, large two door refrigerators, electrical range, dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, espresso maker and regular coffee maker, etc.

About Antiparos and surrounding areas:
Antiparos village is 7 km from the villa. The village is very small with 1 main street and 1 main square, but with a multitude of tavernas, coffee shops, bakeries, pubs, disco clubs, as well as other shops to fulfill the daily needs of guests on the island.
There are several restaurants very close to the house;
One rstaurant on Apandima beach and 2 restaurants at Soros beach.
Also, there are several restaurants in the village of St. Georgios, a bit further down, on the road from the house.
The village of Antiparos is quaint with white-washed houses, typical of Cycladic island architecture, with lots of colorful plants throughout.
In the center of Antiparos village, you may visit the Venetian castle dating from the year 1440, with private homes built in the walls of the Castle, and which, are still inhabited by local
descendants of the builders.
From Antiparos you may visit the following interesting places:
-Antiparos cave, which can be visited daily, is world famous, as having the oldest stalagmite in Europe, estimated to be 45 million years old.
Cave may be visited, as it is only 2 km from the house.
-Despotiko Island where archaeologists unearthed the oldest known settlement in Cyclades, dating from the 5th millennium BC.
-Despotiko Island hosts the remains of an ancient city, which was built to service a sanctuary to the god Apollo, which is known to be, of great archaeological importance, and which, is being unearthed presently by Greek and Foreign archeo-logists and their students, from world-wide universities.
-you may visit Despotiko Island, to view the antiquities, and to take a swim on its isolated sandy beaches.
You may circle the island by boat to admire the sea caves with sea-turtles and seals and enjoy a swim and lunch, with refreshments, of locally made wine and spirits refreshments, served by the boat Captain and his crew.
There is a bus which runs from the village center to the community of Agios Georgios, and which passes in front to the house.
However it is recommended to have your own transport-ation, in order to be independent of the bus system.
Guests will have access of the entire area of the garden, which has 6000 sq.m. surface area and the pool area.
Interaction with guests
Guests may rely on us, (Ethel, who is my wife and myself Theotokis) for whatever help they may need, to make them feel more comfortable on the island.
There are many different types of restaurants, tavernas, and fast food places throughout the island, which may vary widely in price, depending on the type of food and ambiance of the establishment.
The food varies, from the very simple taverna fare with Greek specialties, to the more formal International cuisine prepared by imaginative chefs.
We have a list of several favorites which we can supply upon request.
There is bus service provided, for the summer months, from the village of Antiparos, to the village of Agios Georgios, which passes outside of the house, and stops upon request.
however, most of our guests, rent cars during their stay on the island, for convenient mobility to the various beaches
and restaurants and for their adventurous discoveries of
new and primitive beaches.
