TURNING 50 IN LONDON!
The process was so easy. Faiza has a lovely rental that provided everything we needed during our stay in London.
Such a lovely home away from home
The place is such a lovely cosy apartment/flat. Very comfortable, very well kept and looked after. It has a very cool modern studio vibe that's very easy to settle into. Nice location off the busy roads across the road from a nice little park and a few minutes walk from another larger park and close to the riverside... definitely not short on walking territory with visuals. Right in the centre between Hammersmith and Fulham, not far from places to eat, shop or find entertiantment and adventure for days and nights out. Transport links all around, makes it very easy to travel by tube or bus or take a nice bike ride through London with the Santander bikes literally across the street. The owner was absolutely lovely and extremely accommodating. Thank you so much for making our short stay so welcoming! :)
You're getting two sleeping areas (a sofabed in the livingroom ) plus a separate bedroom. It's roughly the size of a standard hotel room, but you get a kitchen and a clothes washing machine. It's reasonably clean, but there is a slight mildew issue due to poor ventilation.
But anyway for London what do you think you're going to get for this kind of money? At roughly a night you're getting privacy, convenience and value. :)
It's on a fairly busy street so there is a noise issue, but it quiets down at night.
I would urge the owners to take better care of the information about the unit contained in the ad. For example the contact phone number is wrong and the WiFi code numbers are wrong.
Clean, comfortable flat in nice neighborhood
Really enjoyed our stay on Greyhound Rd. The flat was clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything we needed. Modern kitchen and nice bathroom. There is not a ton of room in the flat, especially in the bedroom, but we found it fine for three of us for 8 days and never felt cramped. Nice to have a door right to the street with secure locks. It was actually a relief to get out of crowded central London and be in a nice diverse neighborhood with good food and reasonable prices at the shops. Very convenient to tube and buses and we never felt unsafe walking around. The Thames is only a few blocks away with a very nice walking and cycling path. Bike kiosk across the street was great, takes 30 seconds to unlock a bike and be on your way. Owner was very responsive, too. Would definitely stay there again.
The little apartment was very good, well equipped and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.Very close to Baron Court ( only 10 min walk) only 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Good location and value for money as London is expensive. Check in was very easy as was communication.
The place was small but comfortable. Was a little humid, but the humidifier helped. Has a nice full kitchen, but we never used it. The place was clean. Great location, just far enough out of the city and was quiet. Underground/tube station is a close walk with a 15-20 min ride to city depending on your stop. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Host was very nice and friendly and waited for us to arrive, since we were running a little late.
