Very relaxing. Everything we needed.
This townhouse was in an excellent location. (actually a single level, but technically a townhouse I suppose. Nobody above or below). End unit. Lots of trees and greenery visible from the living areas. Really didn't feel in a were in a rush to leave for daily activities and looked forward to getting back at the end of the day. Very clean and well maintained. Took Uber on a couple trips into town when drinking was likely, drove other times. 10-15 minutes from downtown campus. Golf course across the street. Parking was easy and close. Next time we are in town, will definitely try to stay here again.
Flagstaff Country Club
this was our second vacation at the country club. this townhouse was just right for my family. we stayed there for six days. the weather was great. the owners was extremely professional and kind. the only thing my wife would have appreciated was a washer and dryer, other then that.....awesome!
Pride of Ownership Throughout!
This townhouse was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving celebration. Our goals for this stay were to find a nice home with a well appointed kitchen in order to provide a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner for our NAU student who had to work over the weekend. This townhouse is conveniently located, comfortable and clean, clean, clean. The kitchen was very easy to work in, the dining area was super and having a fire going in the fireplace made for a cozy setting.
The owner's concern for our comfort was evident from the beginning with his quick response to our inquiries, his welcome note & goodies in the house, and quick phone call to make sure we didn't have any questions. We were made to feel like treasured guest instead of merely paying customers.
Thanks for a great stay!
Nice gift basket and note made for a warm welcome
Owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location too.
We really enjoyed our stay. This house was comfortable, clean, well stocked with little essentials. Two bedrooms with two baths pleased the guest we brought with us. Tim and Cheryl had left welcoming coffee and cookies, a very nice touch. We would definitely use this place again, going on my contacts list!
Just about perfect
Our family of 5 spent 6 days in August and we're extremely happy with our stay. Tim was very communicative, helpful and friendly before and during our stay. We arrived to find cold bottled water waiting for us, and even a bag of Twizzlers for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with non-stick pans, pots, collanders and every utensil we could need. The entire place was very clean and we were happy with the furniture. I would have liked to have brought the living room's black chair back with me. The only minus was that there was no air conditioning, but I would counter that by saying we were there during the absolute hottest time of the year, are acclimated to North Dakota temps, and still were comfortable in the evening, so don't let that deter you. The country club's restaurant, lap pool, tennis courts, golf clubhouse, and pickleball courts are literally right across the street. The Bear Paw Club, geared toward kids with mini golf, movie room, billiards, game/puzzle room, ice cream, and pool are located about 3 min away by car. For $30/week for adults, $15/week for kids you get unlimited access to most everything. Tennis ball machine rental was $15/hour, which is crazy cheap. The club personnel and patrons were all very friendly. Having said that, we were gone all day every day but one, and found every trip worthwhile. GC (bike tour, walked into Canyon); Walnut Canyon; Page (Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell Beach); Flagstaff Extreme (obstacle course in trees, level 5 just about killed the 45+ year old parents, but loved by the kids). There are so many things to do, we could easily visit Flagstaff again next year and not duplicate anything. We would enthusiastically recommend this stay for anyone.
