Not only will your breath be taken away by the limitless views of the emerald waters of the Gulf and endless expanse of white sandy beaches, you will also discover upon entry the extra attention to detail that sets this unit apart. Luxuriously furnished, yet comfortable; from faux painted walls to the magnificently furnished master bedroom, you will be impressed from the moment you step into this inviting beachfront condo.


Given the king sized bed in the master, queen sized sleeper-sofa in the living room, and two recessed bunks in the hallway, this unit easily accommodates up to six guests. This unit also includes two bathrooms. TV/DVD located in master bedroom and TV/DVD, and stereo provided in living area.


The Celadon is a beautifully designed and landscaped, baluster studded residence located on the "quieter" west end of Panama City Beach approximately 1 mile west of where 79 runs into Front Beach Rd. The Celadon is also very close to shopping and fine dining. There is also a Winn Dixie grocery store less than 1 mile east of the Celadon as well as a recently opened Alvin's Island Convenience store (beer & wine) and beach department store right across the street!

And as far as dining, we highly recommend the Boar’s Head Restaurant located less than 1 mile east of the Celadon, as well as the great authentic Italian restaurant located across from the beach and well within walking distance, just to the west of the Celadon.

All you need to bring are your beach towels!

Spring Break 2017

We had a great stay at the Celadon. The ocean was beautiful, but a little cold. The Celadon has two heated pools when the kids wanted to swim. It is easy to access and a short drive to Pier Park for evening shopping. Chuck was quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was very clean. It felt like home with the luxury of a hotel stay. It was great to find shampoo, conditioner and soap. Great towels and plenty of them. The view is breathe taking from the 22nd floor. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location toward the western end of Panama City Beach was perfect since it was less crowded and had great views and quiet walks along the beach. The only problem with the location was that it was too close to a place called Thomas Donut and Snack Shop just west of the condo. I was able to withstand the urge to buy a donut but their ice cream was incredible. Try the Butterscotch Bomb...but limit it to an every other day trip.

The condo was perfect with excellent views from the 22nd floor. The condo was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities and comfortable furniture. There were no surprises like additional charges or fees which is always a plus.

I stayed for 9 days and it wasn't enough. I will stay soon as I lose a few pounds.

Great views

We loved our time in this condo. Its a simple elevator ride down to the beach or the two pools and hot tubs. Parking was $10 for the entire stay and was easily accessible via a walkway over the busy Front Beach Road.

The Condo had a working refrigerator, washer/dryer and microwave, stove, oven, toaster. We tried using the dishwasher with the supplied detergent but it didn't clean the dishes at all, even though it went through a cycle. Plenty of hot water and AC if you need it. There are a couple of hard-to-get areas that are not cleaned as well as we would prefer but it is generally clean.

The owner was very attentive and easy to work with. The payments were easy and straightforward. We would be happy to rent from him again. Thank you!

We just returned from a week at this condo. It is great in every way. We had everything we needed in the condo and plenty of room for our family of four. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be looking to return on our next visit to PCB.

Me and my 8 year old stayed here a week in Feb for her birthday. It was my first time ever staying here and Mr Chuck made us feel right at home. We didn't need anything except food. The accommodation is beautiful and kept up very nicely. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again.
