Love this place!

Our family has stayed in the community 4 times now, and in this Particular condo 2 times Both for were Memorial weekends. It's always clean and very well kept! We also use the boat slip and it's very easy and convenient to get out to the bay and to ocean side. Owners are wonderful to work with as well!

Clean and enjoyable!

Had everything we needed. Close to pool and beach. And shopping not to far away. Nice and clean kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Bedrooms are upstairs. Enjoyed our vacation.

Amazing place amazing owner

We always have a wonderful time at fort Myers beach!! This condo was beautiful, relaxing, well equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. The owner was so friendly and helpful it was like a loan from a friend!! I would highly recommend this condo for a home away from home relaxing getaway!!

Perfect Condo!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. We have rented many condos in Ft. Myers Beach & this unit is by far the BEST! Very clean, very well stocked, very comfy beds & great location. Shelley was very easy to work with & answered all our questions promptly. We will absolutely be renting again in the future!

Rates & Availability

Refundable damage deposit $450
Cleaning Fee $175 + Tax
Tax Rate 11.0%

Boat slip rental available - $200.00/week
There are no pets allowed, no smoking.
Confirmation when their reservation is accepted

Payment Policy:
A 20% non-refundable rental deposit is due immediately after the Renters reservation is confirmed and full payment is due 60 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes to booking dates if made within 60 days of the Renters check in.
The 20% non-refundable rental deposit is never refundable no matter how far in advance the Renter cancels.

Cleaning Policy:
The departure cleaning fee does not cover daily maid service, but will pay for the cleaning of the property when Renter checks out.

Tax Policy:
Current rates for General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax will be charged to the Renter.
These taxes will be quoted to the Renter before they book.
Reservation Policy:
1) Renters agree to turn off Air Conditioning when not at home.
2) Renters agree to make known the terms of this Rental Agreement and all property specific House Rules to all Renters and their guests. Renter also agrees that if upon check in there is not a copy of the House Rules then they must promptly request a copy via email from the Property Manager.
3) Renters agree to not smoke on property and it is understood that if they do they will be held liable for all costs associated with removing the smoke odor from the entire property.
4) Renters agree to be completely responsible for any and all damage to the property caused intentionally or unintentionally by Renters or by their guests. Renters agree to pay for all costs associated with broken,
damaged, or missing property, which includes the structure itself.
5) Renters will forfeit the full rental fee, if cancellation is made less than 60 days from arrival and Renter understands that the 20% non-refundable rental deposit is never refundable no matter how far in advance the Renter cancels their reservation.
