This 1 bedroom, 1 bath, lush garden view condo is the perfect place for couples, small families and adventurers looking to experience and explore the island for all the wondrous places and memories it holds!

It comes with a comfortable King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, and free internet and WiFi. There is also free parking, and no resort fee's!

The Paki Maui is located in the heart of the Honokowai/ North Kaanapali area of beautiful west Maui. You can't beat this location! You are a five minute drive south to famous Kaanapali Beach Resort, and a five minute drive north to Napili, Kapalua, and Honolua Bay's, not to mention the Kapalua resort area, for some of Maui's best beaches, activities, snorkeling, restaurants and shopping! Across the street there is a great farmers market and health food store, along with some great local eateries and a fish market for fresh caught local fish to take home and prepare on the well maintained grills by the pool! They also have the best fish taco's on the west side! Just a short walk or drive up the road you will find the Times market grocery store as well to stock the in room refrigerator for your stay.

Clean and comfortable

This condo was a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and well equipped, we really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered. We would stay here again!

Very pleasant

We arrived in the dark and could not find our condo - who knew that #414 is on the THIRD floor when taking the elevator? Our condo was reasonably clean with a comfortable bed. The screen door was broken, but fortunately there weren't any annoying bugs to bother us. The overhead fans in the living room and bedroom supplied enough air circulation that, combined with the local breeze, made indoor temperatures just right.

The condo placement with a fresh fish market and farmers' Market just across the street as well as a public park right next door complete with beach, picnic table and children's apparatus was excellent.

The condo complex has a nice hot tub and refreshing pool with two BBQ's and a couple of tables for guests to use. The grassy lawn on the ocean side of the complex was a great place to end our busy afternoons on the lawn chairs enjoying the view of waves and sea turtles as well as occasional whales breaching in the distance.

We had a lovely vacation.

Great time!

This is a very nice, partially updated suite. It is bright, spacious and nicely decorated. It doesn't have an ocean view but being on the top floor looking into the garden is really very nice. We were here in January and never would have needed an AC- fans were more than enough.

My only 2 suggestions would be smaller dinner places (these ones don't fit in the dishwasher) , and maybe a new pull-out couch mattress. Other than that there were lots of new towels, kitchen supplies, soap etc. And it was very clean.

We really enjoyed the suite!

As far as the Paki Maui goes (we have stayed here before as well) it is excellent if you want a more casual place. The building is friendly, extremely well cared for, and a great location. If you have a toddler stay here!- the park next door is perfect- it even has a protected beach with about 1 foot of water for them to sit in. The little grocery store and coffee shop across the street are great too.

The vacation rental was clean.

I was very unhappy with the location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was our first stay in Lahaina after staying 2 times in Kehei. The stay was over the Christmas Holidays Dec. 28 to Jan. 10. We chose the Paki Maui Resort because the price was affordable and it was a ocean front prperty. Unfortunatly the ocean front was a sea wall noe beach and the waves were so big and aggressive that we never went in the water at the condo during our stay.Also the way the resort was situated the sun never hit the beach until after 12 noon. I did notice that every night the parking lot was full but every morning it was empty. This means to me that people staying at the resort got up and left to find beaches that were better than the one at the resort. So that is what we did. Every day we drove to another spot around Lahaina to find a nice place to swim, snorkel or just sit in the sun. The best beach we did find was Olowalu Beach outside Lahania at the mile 14 marker.We will never book an "Ocean Front" resort in Lahaina again.
