A note to our long time renters, in order to streamline our check-in process please utilize newly implemented self check-in procedure. Proceed directly to condo located in building H in Sports Village. Building H is easily identifiable by gigantic letter "H" prominently displayed on the front of the building. An envelope with your name on it will be taped to condo door inside envelope you will find check-in instructions including keyless access code. Condo number will be provided in advance at time of payment.
We would like to wish all of our loyal renters a very happy, healthy and safe winter season. Our guests have been so conscientious over the past eight years that we have never had a need to require a security deposit or written contract of any kind. Guests consistently leave our condo in the same pristine condition that they found it in stay after stay. Some even leave us expensive gifts and luxury box seats to exclusive sporting events. That being said, do you know what I love about renting vacation rentals directly from owners? VALUE and access to CRAZY AMENITIES. Average hotel room- Sleeps 1-2 people comfortably 200 square feet. Our vacation rental- Sleeps a lot more people than that... comfortably and with room to spare. 1142 square feet. That is like the size of a house. You could get lost in here. "Hello out there will somebody please turn on the light I am all the way by the oversized bunk beds in the tastefully decorated 2nd bedroom and I am trying to find my way to the palatial bathroom with double sinks and garden tub."
Average hotel- Pool overlooking parking lot. Our vacation rental- 3 pools with mountain views plus access to athletic facilities. Thats why they call it Sports Village btw. Steps to pool. You can literally hear the splash. "What was that?" World renowned Green Valley Spa is literally across the street. Walk over there and pay an exorbitant fee for a massage if you feel so inclined. Or better yet stay another whole week at our condo same price.
Average hotel amenities- Vending machine in lobby. Our vacation rental- Full kitchen. Meals practically cook themselves.

Some considerations: THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. Some property owners want to tie up your credit card for weeks after you leave the property to insure that you take full personal responsibility for any and all imaginable damage plus their kids college tution. Please.
When you rent from us life is simple. No deposits or contracts are required. We trust that you will treat our condo with the same care and respect that you treat your own home. Well, OK maybe a little better than that. Our cleaning crew is duly certified and also proficient in three different types of martial arts.
THE CANCELLATION POLICY. Another thing, if owners don't publish a cancellation policy. Good luck. There isn't one. So, what's our cancellation policy? Hold on a minute I'm thinking. OK I know. I'll give you your money back with 48 hour prior notification. Hey, this is UTAH if people say they're coming they'll be there. End of story. Blizzard. No problem. Road closed. They'll drive through Nevada. Is that even an adjacent state? Pet dies. Hmm. I know you only get two weeks of vacation per year. If you need to cancel please I implore you don't tell me why. Did I mention pools are open year round? Water feels great right about now. Why aren't you here?
CLEANING FEES and TAXES. As long as we're having this chat, make sure all rates quoted include all taxes and cleaning fees. I've seen property owners charge and cleaning fees in the hundreds of dollars and taxes in the 20% range. You're kidding me right. Personally, I think it may be easier to shop for a used car than a vacation rental. True story: I bought this used car once in New York, a '91 Buick Regal Classic to be exact. I thought it would be a good idea at the time to drive said used vehicle to St. George. So one day I packed up the Buick, loaded the wife and kids and started driving in a westerly direction. Four hours in while driving through rural Pennsylvania... well, you can guess the rest. All prices quoted by phone or email include all cleaning fees and taxes. VRBO website will now allow you to calculate rate. Some dates are not conducive to haggling. For those dates book early book early book early.
The remainder of this listing I inherited from the previous condo owner at the height of the real estate boom.
This charming, GROUND FLOOR condominium is a non-smoking and no pets unit. Sleeping facilities include a queen-sized bed in master bedroom and bunk beds in the guest bedroom. The bottom bunk is a double bed and the top bunk is a twin. This condominium also has a pull out bed within a sectional sofa. Sleeps seven (7) comfortably. I can't take it any more. OK, relatively comfortably. I'm betting that four or five of the seven are children. Let's face it, if you're sleeping seven you have a lot more to worry about than who's sleeping where.
The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a queen sized bed which has been rated exceptionally comfortable and sleep inducing by some guests including that discerning couple from North Dakota. The over-sized bathroom features tiled counter tops with dual sinks and a large garden shower/tub. The kitchen has all the amenities of home including refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and trash compactor. The kitchen also provides "most"' cooking utensils and dishes.
Laundry facilities within the condominium include washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The condominium offers air conditioning, cable TV, and a VCR/DVD player combination to watch your favorite movies. There is also a patio off the master bedroom with a view of the tennis courts, outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and playground. "Come on in now kids it's time to eat. No really, you guys have been out there all day food's getting cold."
Unit comes with off street parking. Wax your '91 Buick (yeah, we finally made it) right in front of the building and no one will complain... much.
We are dedicated to making your vacation rental experience a positive and memorable one. This number actually rings directly to my cell phone. It wasn't such a big deal to get that number although it must be similar to some waste disposal pick-up service in Salt Lake City. Apparently that company misses a lot of pick-up's like everyday and I get the irrate call. So when I see an incoming call from the 801 area code esp early in the morning I try to remember to answer, "Hey dude what's up." That usually throws them off. For more information on how you can get your own fancy 800 number just ask me. Better yet, tell your friends and family about us. And by all means write a positive review. Best all round weather in America if not the world. Renowned mountain bike trails right outside the back door. Great family resort. Fastest growing city in America for new retirees. World famous Green Valley Spa located directly across the street. Walking distant to like a billion tournament quality golf courses. Home to the best tennis camps known to man. Pretty good surfing too. Well, OK actually the later would be a drive.

We really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. The pool was so warm I could walk into it (versus jump in and swim a few laps). We enjoyed the playground that was right outside our backfire. The place was clean and had the softest towels!! The bathroom was huge and we had lots of closet space. Shower curtain was a little funky and no plug on the bathtub drain, but those didn't bother us. Very convenient location in St. George- close to freeway. We just had so much fun!
Clean and comfy. Decor is a little dated, but it is very cozy and welcoming. I am surprised no one has mentioned the fact that the "2nd" bedroom is more of an alcove off the living room- no separate door. It did make watching TV after my son went to sleep a little more difficult. He enjoyed the bunk beds and the rest of the amenities at Sports Village were amazing. Overall it was a beautiful place, and one I would recommend.

We stayed at this condo while we were in St George for a baseball tournament. The unit was clean and able to fit everyone. The amenities were great also. We had several families all staying here and all the teenage boys had plenty to do. The location is perfect for any activites you may be doing. We will stay here again.
My kids highly recommend the river walk at Zion National Park. My wife knows the details of all local thrift shops and has found some great bargains too. She would be glad to share that information with you if interested. I worked on my two handed backhand with head tennis pro David at the Green Valley Spa who has been there since 1987 and lives just down the road. It turns out I was doing it all wrong. Of course.
