All bedrooms have timber floors and are well furnished with wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing tables. The kitchen/dining areas are open plan and tiled. The dining area has a large table and seats six persons comfortably. The modern kitchen has all necessary equipment including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious living room features two bay windows, open fire, multi-channel TV, comfortable seating and wonderful views of Bunowen Castle and Doon Hill. The family bathroom includes a bath, a shower cubicle with electric shower, WC and sink. The cottage is surrounded by natural gardens and a pebble drive way.
