Cedar Keys - Nature's Coast.
The fishing and bird watching is great in Cedar Key. Our home has an unsurpassed wilderness view with absolute breathtaking sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the house including our large screened-in porch and our outside deck area. The Rye Key gated-community is only two miles from downtown Cedar Key, giving the privacy and easy access only Rye Key can provide. Bald eagles, ospreys, pelicans, hawks and wading birds are just a sample of the bird life seen on any given day from the deck. We have seen over 15 different species of birds while enjoying our morning coffee.
Our two-bedroom, two-bath home includes a king-sized bed in one room and two single beds in the other bedroom. The bedrooms are separated by the great room consisting of the dining, living and kitchen area. The home is furnished in an ocean/tropical theme with a wood burning fireplace and an outdoor gas grill.
The fully electric kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and plenty of utensils. The house has central heat and air, cable, DVD player, VCR, stereo receiver, and telescope. Our side-by-side washer & dryer are located in a separate area from the main room and we have ample covered parking. Downstairs storage area.
