About Property Manager
Hey I'm Sole! I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help! I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home. I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help! If you want to find out more about my services check out the Bedspoke website.

Owner was very helpful. Location was great. Flat had many useful things like hairdryer, laundry soap, sofa bed, etc.
Walls very thin and neighbors noisy so bring earplugs.
All in all a great place to stay.
Some unfortunate circumstances
A promised trip of a lifetime to share with my 13-year-old granddaughter was spoiled by some unruly, disrespectful neighbors. Trying to get a good night sleep for our long sightseeing days wasn't easy. Four nights in a row I was woken up in the middle of the night. How can someone move in in the middle of the night, climbing stairs, slamming doors, moving boxes and furniture and think no one will hear. That was above. Next door the partying and loud music started not at ten but one and two and continued into the wee hours of the morning. Contacting a building manager myself would have sufficed, but no phone number was available to me.
That being said, I enjoyed the apartment's location. Services were just around the corner--markets and restaurants, buses and underground. It wasn't mid-city, but with its excellent transportation system, it was close enough. Don't be afraid to take the underground, as assistance is available at every station. And walking the neighborhoods was safe and enjoyable.
The apartment itself was also clean and well stocked with all our needs and necessities. The outside patio was a plus, as I utilized it both morning and evening, for breakfast and for cocktails after a long exhausting day visiting the sites of London.
Needs major cleaning and painting.
I hate to say this but I found the flat to need much work done.Walls were filthy and in need of plaster and paint. I found black grime on the bathroom floor near a corner of the tub. I have never heard of being charged for an extra towel- not to mention seeing and hearing mice. The people upstairs made noise through the early morning- the entrance was dirty- that may not be your responsibility- one of the panes in the front door kept falling out. The whole building looked like it had not been cared for. I am sorry to have to say all this- the area was great but I would not stay in this particular flat again. I think the pictures advertising it are deceiving.
very surprised and sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. You didn't mentioned anything while you were here even if I got in touch to make sure you were fine.
Professional cleaning is arranged at every check in - check out.
I don't charge for extra towels
Entrance was cleaned recently and it's a responsibility of the building management
Convenience in Chelsea.
Convenience in Chelsea. Very responsive management team made this an easy rental. Our early check in was accommodated. The TV issues were resolved the following day. The common Lobby was messy, but The unit was well appointed and comfortable. The rear deck was a real plus, but it would be very dangerous for small children. The bathroom was small but manageable. The unit is a 12 minute walk to the nearest tube station. This Chelsea neighborhood was a wonderful experience for our second trip to London in the past three years.
Adorable flat in great location
I absolutely adored this flat. It was bright, and had everything we needed. The location was great; just a short walk to the local Sainbury’s and bus stops. I loved the neighborhood. Sole accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for me, which I very much appreciated. A pleasure to work with the owner. I would highly recommend this flat!
Great location, comfy big bed and a patio for enjoying the sunshine.
Jan's lovely and roomy flat in Chelsea is a great place to park yourself while visiting London! All the comforts of home. We chose this flat because it had the added bonus of a deck off the back - a rarity in London. And it was a great part of our stay with breakfast in the morning and wine at night being enjoyed there.
Just one small thing that was a bit of a problem...the neighbour's upstairs like to wander around their flat till all hours of the night and had a habit of turning on their washing machine at 3 AM which proved to make sleeping soundly a problem. A shame because the bed was so comfy!!
