Built in 1925, Newton House has been beautifully renovated and features 2 bedrooms, den & 2 stunning bathrooms. Main bathroom has wonderful Mexican tile walk-in shower with custom cedar vanity. Second bathroom has elegant tiled walk-in shower with antique vanity and cork floor. Amazing hardwood floors throughout with cork floors in both bedrooms and acid stained concrete floor in kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds with plush designer linens. The den has pull out couch with a quality memory foam mattress and feather bed. You will love the privacy of the fully fenced backyard, it is a great green space to relax and de-stress.
