I "of Cipolliane" Gardens are a complex of pajare (trulli), located in a small corner of paradise to 80 meters from the cliff, where you can dive in the crystal waters through a cove easily accessible from the characteristic path of Cipolliane caves, from which each pajara it takes its name, located 30 meters above sea level, in prehistoric times, which are located on the cliff between Marina di Novaglie and Ciolo, 7 km away from S. M. di Leuca and from the most famous beaches of Salento.
The Gardens of Cipolliane have a unique location, surrounded by ancient olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by the colors of the small shrubs blueberry, strawberry and sarsaparilla, and unmistakable scents of thyme, rosemary and chives.
The complete infinite sea landscape, the result is a feeling of indescribable peace and exciting.
The characteristic dry stone walls and comfortable stone paths meander the entire green park, consisting of four pajare, of which a circular plan.
This pajara owes its name to the "Blue Grotto", also with access to the sea, a place that leaves everyone stunned for the multitude of its nuances; so it is astonishing even the Wall, built into the rock. Ideal for a family, consisting of a cozy bedroom, a bathroom and living area with kitchen and a bunk bed. It has a large terrace and a large furnished courtyard where lulled by the sweet melody of chirping birds and the chirping of cicadas.
To make it even more spectacular the whole "Garden of Cipolliane" there is a large sunbathing area and a communal swimming pool where you can sunbathe and relax, surrounded by unspoilt nature and the lapping of the waves as the soundtrack.
