Our Home
Kulalani 606, our little piece of paradise is in the perfect location within the complex. It is close enough to the pool so that if feels like its just outside your door, but with enough separation so you are not disturbed. The unit is situated to allow for maximum privacy whether in the unit or relaxing on one of the lanais.
It is a 2 level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom open plan townhome. The luxurious master suite with four poster bed and 5 piece on suite with jetted tub and private lanai situated on the second level is a cosy retreat with a bird’s eye view of the rolling greens and ponds of the golf course. Lay in bed at night with the breeze wafting over you as the wind in the palm trees sends you off to sleep. We have recently changed to scent free detergents for those people who have allergy concerns. All bedding is 100% Pima Cotton for that luxurious sleeping experience.
The second bedroom is tucked away down a short hallway on the main floor and affords maximum privacy. You have the option of one King bed or 2 twins. . The second 3 piece bathroom is adjacent. The room has a 32” TV and DVD player. All rooms are furnished with ceiling fans and the home has been constructed to take advantage of the tropical breezes.
The gourmet kitchen complete with high end stainless steel appliances is equipped with all dishes/glasses/cookware/ cutlery/plastic pool glasses and dishes/coffee maker/coffee grinder/blender/toaster/rice cooker and all possible pots and pans you will require to prepare the many local foods available at the farmers markets and local stores.
The living room features 20’ ceilings with a Balinese style ceiling fan , a couch, love seat and wall cabinet that contains the 46” smart TV with Time Warner Cable and Netflix. The dining room offers seating for 4 around a bistro style table. Our new Bose Bluetooth speaker offers a great way for you to listen to your favourite music or books either within the unit or on the lanai.
The ground level lanai wraps around 2 sides of the unit is very private with golf course views and is equipped with a built in Viking propane BBQ with a food preparation area and sink The outdoor teak table has seating for 4 for al fresco dining. The day bed on the lanai is the perfect place to sneak in that lazy afternoon nap or curl up with a good book or a glass of wine. The lanai also has a comfy rocker and armchair with ottoman providing room for all to relax and plan the next day’s adventures.
The Development
The Kulalani development is within the Mauna Lani Resort area, which features resort hotels, championship golf courses, walking trails, beaches, parks, a shopping centre and several restaurants.
The shopping center includes a full service grocery store that features local foods and is very reasonably priced.
The private beach club at the resort is available to owners and their guests and features a lovely sandy beach, covered beach cabanas, great snorkeling , a water sport rental shop and a restaurant. The restaurant has a lovely terrace looking out onto the ocean and is lighted by tiki torches at night. The food is outstanding and you will want to make it a regular place for dinner or lunch.
The 10 minute walk along the ocean from the Fairmont Hotel to the beach club is a great way to arrive and of course you can stop along the way and have a swim or just sit on the beach and enjoy the view.

We offer big Boogie boards, fluffy beach towels, beach umbrella’s and 4 great Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built in coolers. We also have several various size coolers for carrying your snacks as well as miscellaneous pool toys.

My wife and I live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia where we operate a construction company and raise sheep. We first starting coming to Hawaii in 2011, and visited the Big Island, Maui and Kauai, and discovered we loved the Big Island. We find the people who live on the island really friendly and just love the diversity. We come every year, and every year we find something new. We have been travelling for many years and have been to many tropical places, and for us Hawaii is great.

We first stayed in Kulalani in 2013 and were really impressed with the ambience, the property is very quiet, is very well maintained and has the best pool and recreation facility we have seen. We tried staying elsewhere in Mauna Lani and in Waikoloa Beach, and it really is like night and day. Our unit is right across the street from the pool and recreation complex and fronts on the 5th hole of the Francis Brown North Course. It offers a serene location.
Kulalani 606 is very quiet, has great views of the volcano's and golf course, is close to the pools, and is a 10 minute walk to the beach, what more could you want!
Loved this townhouse. Beautiful lovingly cared for home, perfectly located between beaches and shopping. Everything we needed was provided, including a fabulous "Welcome Book" with great information on the area, beach chairs with built in coolers and an extremely well equipped kitchen, it even has good knives!. The beds were extremely comfortable. there were ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and with the these and the trade winds, the unit was comfortable without the AC. Really loved sitting on the lanai after a busy day of sightseeing. The quiet and privacy were perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will be back.
Stuart was great to work with. He was very responsive every step of the way—from booking to the end of our 3 week stay. The lanai view was very pretty, private and peaceful. Kulalani is a great location in the Mauna Lani resort. We love the Beach Club and Stuart’s recommendation of Monstera (sushi restaurant) was great—we went twice. The condo has lots of big windows and is nice and bright. We would definitely recommend Kulalani 606.
We had a great time staying at this unit. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and inviting. We appreciated the fresh fruit basket! Owners have thoughtfully appointed the townhome with all the necessities and more. The location is great. The owner is very easy to work with and attentive. We're coming back next year!
Condo is lovely, very well equipped and a great locale. Stuart is very responsive. Will definately stay here again.

This property is beautiful. Peaceful, clean and everything you need is right there when you walk in. Just bring your bag and leave all your worries behind. All the beach and water toys are a great added bonus.

Just been home two days and would love to still be in Hawaii! We could not have been more pleased with Stuart’s condo. My husband and our two adult boys arrived very late at night and Stuart made sure our arrival was effortless! The condo is very nicely furnish with most amenities you would expect and then some! Stuart emailed to make sure we had all that we needed and offered suggestions for things to do on the island. Our only regret is that we did not have enough time to do all that the island offers. Having access to the Beach Club was wonderful. The walk around Mauna Lani is so beautiful and a treat discovering all the habitat. Foodland is within walking and has a great selection of food and spirits. We so look forward to returning to Mauna Lani and this condo on our next trip to the Big Island!
