Great Location 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo 1320 square feet,close to downtown

Your ideal vacation home in the Canadian Rockies. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal or alternatively enjoy a BBQ on the deck. This warm and cozy condo will suit all your needs and provide you with every comfort. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 and a convertible settee in the lounge will sleep 2 more.

Calgary International Airport is one and a half hours away and regular shuttle services to Canmore are available. An hourly "Roam* bus service from Canmore to Banff is operational throughout the year.

The activities in the town and surrounding area are many and varied in all seasons. Whether you ski/snowboard, hike, cycle, golf, horse ride, view wildlife (to name but a few), you are going to love your stay.

Two supermarkets and a variety of shops are within a 2 minute walk, while a pleasant stroll of 4 to 5 minutes will take you to the center of town. Here there are restaurants, galleries, shops for clothes, souvenirs and gifts.

The new leisure center and town Library, Elevation Place, is a 5 minute walk. Here you can enjoy world class swimming, wall climbing, fitness training or relax with a book and a coffee.

For any property whether you are buying or renting the most important factor is location,location and location.This condo is literally within 5 to 10 minutes from all amenities Supermarkets, shops, leisure center,bars and restaurants.A regular bus service links Canmore to Banff and there are many trails accessible directly from this condo.Canmore is the home of the Nordic Center (which hosted the cross country Olympic Games.Here there are many kilometers of cross country ski trails and expert tuition.

Great Location - Park Pass was a nice bonus!

Clean and spacious condo. Beds could benefit from memory foam toppers and new pillows. It was a bit noisy with the windows open.

The kitchen had everything we needed. And it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The fireplace warmed the unit. Appreciated having fans in the unit. Loved the location being walking distance to Safeway and the downtown Canmore area. Overall, a great place, I would stay there again.

We travelled to Canmore to visit family In Banff. The condo worked out great for our family. We hiked and toured all day and had a relaxing place to unwind after!!

Everything was as advertised

Canmore Crossings is a nice location, walking distance to downtown Canmore, but very close to grocery, Cdn Tire, liquor store, etc, which made it very convenient. The unit was big enough for us, and the parkade was nice to have as well

The owner was quite communicative without being a bother, which I appreciated.

lovely, but noisy!

Town was lovely, but very crowded and noisy at night. The condo was extremely noisy, crowds outside and thumping and bumping from tenets above us. This went on until 3 am. Noise ordinance was certainly not followed!

Thanks for allowing my family and me to stay at your property!

The place was clean and well furnished.

We enjoyed the awesome mountain views from the balcony, and it was very convenient to be close to a supermarket, shops, and restaurants.

Short drive to Banff, lakes, and many hiking trails in the national park!

Would love to stay again in the future!
