Our unit is on the third floor, looking directly out onto Payne's Bay beach, part of Barbados's beautiful West Coast. It is a large two bedroom unit, with 2.5 baths. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king sized bed if needed. One bathroom features a soaker tub with separate shower, the other has a shower, and there is also an additional half bath. The finishes include granite counter tops, solid wood doors, high-end appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washer, dryer), and designer furniture.
There is a cleaning service one half day per week for rentals under 7 nights, twice per week for rentals longer than that.
There is high-speed WiFI and satellite TV in the lounge, plus air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, including on the balcony.
The development has direct access to a white sand beach, a large pool, beautiful patio area, gated off road garage parking, concierge and security 24/7. Swimming and snorkeling is steps away.
The location is within easy walking distance of three top-class restaurants (The Cliff, Daphne's, and Scarlets), and is 2.5 miles from Holetown, which offers a supermarket, two wine shops (who deliver with minimum order values), and a high end designer mall (Limegrove), as well as other top-class dining options and a cinema. It is approximately 35 minutes from the airport. It is easy to walk along the beach up to and past the famous Sandy Lane hotel. There are several golf courses on the island.
