Great vacation home with 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. Includes updated kitchen, open and spacious family living areas with tons of seating. Game table upstairs as well as ping pong and darts downstairs. Upstairs and downstairs both have large covered decks with ceiling fans and patio furniture to relax. There is a gas grill for cooking out. Boat house with top deck and water deep enough that kids can jump into the lake. Boat house has large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and bar. Splash Island provided for kids to spend hours of endless fun.

Fantastic Stay

We stay at different lake houses each year and this was amazing. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock, paddle boarding and kayaking. The fishing was great too. The house layout is perfect and is decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay there again!

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay for the week of the fourth! This is a great spot with a wonderful view. We were able to rent a pontoon boat from Stonehouse Timber lodge located just a short trip away, and keep it at the dock. We didn’t even have to leave the dock to see fireworks for the fourth and had quite the show from the surrounding neighbors! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash mat and kayaks as well as the game room. It was very easy to keep them entertained with all of the options. We brought plenty of fishing supplies and caught lots of fish off of the dock that we enjoyed for a meal. The walk from the house to the dock was just a little incline and easy for our older parents to navigate. We also appreciated that it was not many stairs so we were able to use a wagon to carry supplies down to the dock. The layout of them home was perfect for our family with grandparents and two families with young children. Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus! The convenience of the ice maker was helpful too for filling coolers for the boat. Kim was quick to answer any questions we had, and we are grateful for being able to stay in her beautiful place. This home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Littleton. Will definitely be back if the timing works out!

Great time right on the lake.

It was a wonderful experience for my family and friends. We would stay there again without question. The owner was very responsive and the house was clean with great accommodations. You can’t beat the location!
