The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with 4 floors. There is one dwelling per floor and a ground floor commercial space.
On entering the apartment you find directly opposite the entrance to the independent kitchen, equipped with hob, microwave, fridge with freezer and all cooking utensils.
Passing through the kitchen you reach the bathroom, with a minibañera including shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
To the right hand of the entrance is the living room with large windows facing the street and the church Santa Catalina. You have a privileged view from here. The living room is equipped with a table with four chairs, sofa bed for 2 people and TV.
Passing the living room you reach the spacious bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just like the living room is very bright, all exterior, with large windows. All windows have shutters.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
On the 4th floor there is a shared terrace, sunny and with a beautiful view over the Santa Catalina church and the streets of the neighborhood. Next to the exit to the terrace there is a room with washing machine for sharing between two apartments.

In Easter you have from the apartment direct view to the processions that happen by the street Juan de Mesa.
The Santa Catalina neighborhood belongs to the heart of the old town of Seville. In the same street there are numerous shops and shops. Supermarket, drugstore, bakery - everything is a 1-2 minute walk away.
Tapas bars and restaurants are just as close.
They are about 12 minutes walking to the cathedral and the Alcázar.
The Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) with its market is a 4 minute walk.
HOW TO MOVE
In this fantastic location you do not need a car to discover the city, you can do everything by walking or cycling. Sevici public bikes are just a few meters away.
You are also near the Ponce de Leon stop, where many bus lines pass, such as nº32 that goes to Santa Justa station.
The nearest public car parks are 5 minutes walk away, in Escuelas Pías street and Imagen street.
