About the property

Luxury Loft With 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Large Living And Entertainment Rooms!

This is a beautifully remodeled luxury loft! Enjoy a private, fully furnished, luxury loft that is located in the very middle of the charming Old Colorado City Historic District directly on Colorado Ave. on the west side of Colorado Springs. All you have to do is walk out the front of the building to enjoy great restaurants, dozens of unique specialty shops and galleries, the Carnegie Library, the Old Colorado City History Center, Bancroft Park, ice cream, chocolate, good wine and a casual but hip nightlife. In Old Colorado City you will also find the famous Simpich Marionette Threatre and The Michael Garmen Gallery - featuring Magic Town. One block away, across the street is award winning Thunder & Buttons - Restaurant and Saloon. Great historical Restaurant and Bar based on an awesome story about characters of Old Colorado City.

Private parking and main entrance is at the rear of the property. This upper level , very private loft, with hardwood flooring throughout the home, has a huge living room with a bar and piano, big screen TV with X BOX 360 with video games, 2 Bedrooms, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. There are two different sections of the living room also. One features a sectional couch with the pullout queen sleeper and big screen TV. The other portion features a gathering / party area with a gas fireplace, antique bar, and antique piano.

This loft has two separate bedrooms that each could be considered the “Master bedroom”.

When you come in the backdoor you walk right into the sitting, reading, conversation, or welcome room. A large couch and two high back chairs occupy this room along with a corner nook full of books.

The Kitchen features a flat top stove, oven, and full size fridge with ice maker. Everything in the kitchen is BRAND NEW. We have supplied the basics with cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, barware, plates, silver-ware, coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, blender, mixing bowls, and food storage containers.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Size bed, dresser, night stands, and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV with cable television. It is connected with the larger bathroom and walk-in closet.

The larger bathroom has two sinks in an antique cabinet, and a Jacuzzi Tub. This bathroom also features a beautifully hand painted, Tuscan themed wall.

Bedroom #2 has a King Size bed, dresser with mirror, night stands, and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, DVD player, cable television, and surround sound in the room. It is connected to bathroom #2 with a bathtub and shower.

There are also speakers installed in the Dining Room and Living Room. The stereo controls for these are located in Bedroom #2.

The Dining Room features a large glass table with seating for 6, a beautiful buffet with a custom stone Globe on top. There is a crystal chandelier above the dining room table.

The first part of the living room has a brown leather sectional with a Queen Size sleeper pull out. Also has a big screen TV, cable TV, Xbox 360 with games, and a Nintendo Wii with games.

The main area of the living room has a full size couch, love seat, and two over-sized chairs staged in front of a gas fireplace. There is an antique piano right behind this arrangement. AND – a fan favorite – the Antique Bar with two bar stools. There’s always someone in the group who wants to be the bartender right? 
