About the property

Tastefully decorated apartment, warm and welcoming with beautiful canal views. 5 min walk to Apsley Railway station, a direct route into central London within 30 mins. Also within a short distance to the M25/M1. A perfect base if you are visiting Harry Potter studios. Locally, within walking distance, there are restaurants, a beautiful pub/restaurant overlooking the canal, shopping centres, places of interest and wildlife, something for everyone. The apartment has many extra features, inc a new smart TV, internet, x-box, telephone, a home from home.

Our apartment is perfect for professionals, families, teenagers or young children. It is stair access only, so please bear that in mind. Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with en-suite and a TV and 2 x double fitted wardrobes plus dressing table. The 2nd bedroom has a triple wardrobe and 2 single beds, or we can zip them together, to make a super kingsize bed. It also has a dressing table. There is also the main family bathroom. We also have a fold away guestbed, suitable for a child/teenager. If you require a cot and highchair, please ask as I can supply both as they are not kept in the apartment.

The kitchen/diner is fully functional and fitted with a new dishwasher/washing machine/hob and oven. Dining table and 5 chairs. All the kitchen essentials and much more are included including a welcome pack.

The living room is tastefully decorated and has beautiful views of the canal. Also included is a new 49" smart tv along with wifi, and use of a telephone. We have an x-box there although it is an older model and also a football table for children and adults (who says we are too old)!

Beautiful appartment in a fab location

vWe had a great time staying here. This was a very comfortable spotless and spacious apartment which provided us with everything we needed and more (our 10 year old very much appreciated the X-box!). A great place to chill and watch the boats chug by in between our trips to the Harry Potter Studios, train ride into central London, Roald Dahl museum and also exploring St Albans.

Great location with easy access to London, Cambridge, Oxford and more!

Spotless apartment with everything we needed for our 8 day stay in this part of England. 10 minute walk to train station and then only about a half hour into London. Great place to avoid the constant hustle and bustle of London. Great restaurants in very easy walk. Very responsive owner waited on us till after midnight to greet us after some delays at the airport, thanks Sue!

Very clean and beautifully decorated, exactly as the pictures show and more. A fantastic place!

We loved our stay with Sue! Everything you could possibly want and more. A perfect location to stay outside London and close enough to train to explore the city.

The X box and fussball table kept the kids highly entertained so we could relax and enjoy.

Sue was fantastic! She assisted us with information and helped above and beyond. I cannot recommend her stunning apartment highly enough. One of the best places we’ve stayed in so far.

Fantastic stay

We had an fantastic 6day week with our family in Sues flat. Everything was fine and we had much space for all family members.

It is easy to go to London by train.

Great location, lovely & clean, spacious 2 bedroom

Perfect for my husband and I our 2 kids and my Mum. Location is excellent being just 5 mins walk from the train station & sainsburies. Even closer is an excellent Indian restaurant & takeaway, the Paper mill pub on the lock and the veggie pizza place. We went to all and were impressed! The flat is absolutely lovely and very clean. The common areas were spacious and we put my daughter on the pull out bed in the main bedroom. Having two bathrooms was great too. Sue was very welcoming and told us all about the area and the welcome goodies were very much appreciated. Looking forward to returning again.
