electricity is operated by electric key meter, there should be enough in the key meter for your stay, but do not leave electric appliances unattended);
hot water is operated by economy7 overnight switch, which is in the kitchen.
The linen and towels provided by the landlady.
2 bedrooms contain double beds, blanket chests, drawers, the wardrobe is in the hallway.
The wardrobe with a mirrored sliding doors in a bedroom is for the use of landlady only and is locked. Please do not use it.
The cosy sitting room has a sofa-bed, a folding dining table and there is also folding dining table in the kitchen.
There is plenty of storage space.
The small balcony has a lovely garden view.
The property can accommodate up to 5 people. Shared garden. Close to Castle point shopping center, Littledown Leisure center, David English spot center, golf facilities, shops, restaurants, post office and other amenities. Frequent buses to town center. 20 min by car ( depending on traffic) to beaches.
Please consult with the bus timetable and routs to avoid disappointment ( the leaflets are available in the kitchen).
No stag or hen parties, teenagers unaccompanied by adults, all male parties; strictly no smoking.
Cost of stay calculated at £ 59 per night,min stay 4 nights; based on 3 people sharing, £15 for each additional person.
If you rent the same flat as a one bedroom the price is £50per night.
In that case you would have a double sofa bed in one bedroom and a double sofa bed in a small lounge.
