Awesome property and highly recommend
Had a group of 6 couples for a retreat to celebrate our 11-year anniversary for 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Was very helpful and responsive to our questions we had.
Plenty of room. Great view. Good accommodations.
Very good location for our family. Able to accommodate parents with small kids, grand parents, a youthful mom & daugher and us (a couple). Lots of room to have meals. Loved beachcombing.
The Back Porch!!!😍
This was a terrific place to unwind and relax, take in the views of the sound and reconnect with family! We had a group of ten - 4 married couples and 2 singles - so the set up of the main house and guest house worked so perfectly for us! The kayaks, ping pong table, bikes, croquet set, basketball court, and tv were all very fun to have use of! When we had a slight problem with a locked door - the property manager was very quick to get it taken care of...much appreciated! There were plenty of towels and very nice bedding and blankets! There were just a few cons...the grass was super brown and many of the potted plants were dead. The house was pretty clean, but we found ourselves cleaning all the appliances, sweeping some areas, and blowing off the patio and window frames before settling in. And lastly - we were not aware that we would be sharing the grounds and the beach area with another house. It was a bit awkward at times and we were disappointed that we had to share.
Overall - it was very nice!! We enjoyed the little town and the surrounding areas so much! A ferry into Seattle is so easy too!
So comfortable, and so much to do!
A "must return" place for our family reunion! We filled it with three grown families, and there were no complaints from anyone! Two full-sized refridgerators (house and guest house) helped a lot in preparing meals and kitchen, while not large, was very functional. The house provides lots of privacy, large and comfortable beds (even a crib), amazing (sandy) beach access, and way more activities than we could get to. There are kayaks for 6 people(!), bikes, ping pong, pickle ball, croquet, a fire pit, there is even a bouy to attach your crab pot to. The guest house is wonderful private space, larger than I had expected and has it's own private seating area outside. House has AC for the unsual few hot days, but the wide front porch is where we spent most of our time. There is comfortable out door seating for everyone, couch/chairs/coffee table AND a large table and chairs for meals. Warren was very accommodating to our unusual needs and we appreciated his flexibility. Enthusiastically given 5-stars!
Beautiful waterfront property
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in Port Orchard. Perfect spot to relax with beautiful views of the water, mountains and the ferries going by every hour. The back porch is a perfect spot for dinner and the calm water is great for kayaking. We saw bald eagles and otters, and the kids had a great time playing on the beach! We loved it!
My computer didn't do the property justice!
This house was perfect for our family. Grandparents in the guest house, parents in the bedrooms downstairs and all the kids upstairs. Great places to eat inside and outside. But the greatest selling point is the natural beauty and the fabulous beach . The property has been very well taken care of. You won't be disappointed!
