Welcome to our approximately 110m2 beautiful and modern city life apartment. This is fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen that walks out to a balcony with breathtaking views of Table Mountain. The beautiful city of Cape Town is home to Flatrock just off vibey and buzzing Long Street which is an entertainment area with nightclubs and bars aplenty. On your private balcony you can experience the magic of Cape Town.

One bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other bedroom has two Singles beds. The two bathrooms consist one with shower and the other a bath. All bathrooms are fitted with a hand basin, mirror, cabinet for your amenities and toiletries.

The lounge is equipped with a LCD TV with a max box that allows you to stream Netflix and other apps. A dining table with six chairs where you can dine and relax with friends and family.

505 Flatrock

The property is in a great location and a nice size. The cable TV and washer/ dryer is a little challenging. It takes a while for the clothes to dry and the Netflix keeps freezing.

Un appartement confortable et propre.

Le gestionnaire de l’appartement est arrivé à midi pour nous arranger et nous laisser déposer nos bagages alors que le logement n’était pas encore prêt. Il nous a apporté le lendemain un étendoir car il n’y en avait pas. Le parking en sous-sol est très pratique : il permet de mettre la voiture en sécurité. Le seul bémol est que la chambre a deux lits donne sur le couloir et peut être un peu bruyante lorsque des résidents passent.

Spacious apartment with Table Mountain view (+ parking)

My sister and I took our parents to Capetown, to celebrate their 80th birthdays, and stayed here. Nice spacious apartment, in very central location, with balcony, parking, lift, and a view over Table Mountain. Had a great time!
