This beautiful 3BR/3BA stunning ocean front condominium is a one-of-a kind when it comes to hosting families and groups of friends! It has been freshly repainted, ceramic tiled floors throughout, brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new bedroom suites, fresh new linens, new living room furniture and much more! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes/glassware and cooking utensils. There is a spacious walk-in pantry that is very useful to store your shopping treasures or food while you are staying at the beach and entertaining your friends/family. The wet bar boasts a brand new ice machine and is fully stocked with wine glasses and other glassware. The outdoor patio has a brand new dining set that sits 6 and there are additional patio seats with a drink table to sit and relax while listening to the waves crashing on the beautiful sandy shores of Orange Beach.

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and all bathrooms are extremely large. Great host. Condo could use a deep cleaning and parking was terrible. Not enough spaces

Three generations enjoyed a good week. Overall we were pleased. There were no long waits for the elevators and view was beautiful. I did expect the condo to be cleaner. Lamps and walls were VERY dusty. I could even see dust balls on the wall in master bedroom. I did not contact the host about it because I had read in an earlier review that someone had complained and they said that was deep cleaning not routinely taken care of. However I paid almost $200 cleaning fee so I did expect it to be cleaner. Also one evening when I was unloading dishwasher a live roach came crawling in from the side crack. On the plus side we were allowed to get in the condo about 3 hours earlier than check in which was very nice! The condo has a nice sized pantry that was very helpful. Also plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The security guard was very friendly and helpful.

Owner's Response: Deep cleanings of all condos from all management companies usually occur once a year. During the spring and especially during the summer time we have a guest that abuse the air conditioning system they run it way below the recommended temperature and forcing him pulling out of that they are about leaving that the sliding door open and sometimes the entry door open does cause additional dust to appear even during the guest stay. This guest was very intimidating prior to arrival and called numerous times questioning check-in code information that could easily have been found on the website and also had numerous questions about the parking. The parking for all Condominiums is two spaces per condo that is the building regulations for the city of Gulf Shores in the city of Orange Beach. This condo is located in the city of Orange Beach and of course it does conform to those regulations and has two parking spaces per unit. What happens as you Have witnessed in this guest review that they had three families them out together to enjoy this condo there lies the problem they have three families three cars and that creates a parking problem this gas was in form numerous Times prior to arrival that only two parking spaces were loud and that only two parking spaces would be available additional spaces are at the Guest on risk to fine. This condo building also does not charge the $25-$50 per parking pass to stay at the condominium as most condominiums presently do. As the guest correctly stated we did allow her early arrival to accommodate her even though she was not supposed to arrive until three hours later for check-in we do everything we can to try to make the guest day the most comfortable as can be. We do not have control over pest that may perhaps be in the unit that are often brought in by the guest them selves because they bring in garbage bags they bringing grocery bags are bringing boxes of items because they have a whole host of different items that they want to cook during their stay so when you have three families bringing in all of their cooking items of course there’s a great opportunity that a roach could have been brought down. Pest control is taken care of by the homeowners association is done on a monthly basis. We do strive to clean the unit is thoroughly as we can before each guest arrives and we do appreciate the guest feedback and input so that we can make our job much better for all future.guests.

Fam Jam at the Beach

We absolutely loved our time at the beach. A tropical depression tried to mess with our sun time, but it didn't move in until we left. The condo was wonderful. So well furnished with comfy furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Another plus was it was not a mile hike to the beach. We will definitely be back to visit.

Love the location and the resort but our condo was filthy!!

When booking we read the each bedroom had a king bed and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had a twin bed. When we arrived the twin beds are rollaway beds that have to be set up in the living and bathrooms. I don’t know about you but I don’t feel right making someone sleep in the bathroom on vacation.

Now this next part I will be very honest. When I read reviews and people comment about cleanliness I understand that everyone has a different idea of clean. This condo was filthy. Floor didn’t seem to be swept or mopped. The fan blades were extremely dirty. There was dust on the bathroom walls from the exhaust fans (which were also filthy). The porch light was burnt out. The bedroom furniture was so huge there wasn’t room for anything else or even to open entertainment centers to see the tv. I did contact the owner and he offered to come clean when convenient for us except he wasn’t available on our first day we ask. So he did fix the light on the balcony and wipe the walls on Thursday at 4:30 and we were checking out on Saturday early morning.

I understand beach front condos and constantly sweeping the sand that gets tracked in. But having to mop while there because your feet would stick to the floor that had the sand made for some extremely dirty feet. Also the owner said this is considered deep cleaning. Well for the price charged it should be much cleaner than it was. All and all it needed some good maintenance and deep cleaning which unfortunately should be done more often as not while we are there to keep it up to the proper expectations for amount charged.

great girls get away!

Condo was very spacious and accommodated our large group very comfortably. easy access to beach. only thing that was an issue was parking. not enough spaces for all renters in enclave. had to park across the street numerous times. but the rest of the stay was so nice, that it really didn't matter much. very beautiful area. thank you!

Consult with your local hometown course to inquire about reciprocation while visiting the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. Fishing is also a fun sport and deep sea fishing from the Orange Beach Marina is convenient and easy to charter your own boat.
