Why Abby Humphrey chose Hillsboro Village
We love the neighborhood and all it has to offer. This was our family home for 10 years and we recently moved just one street over. Our neighbors are an eclectic blend of families, artists, students, young couples, long time residents, professors, teachers, and so much more.

Charming house in a great location.
Well appointed home with lots of living space. Great back pad area to sit and have coffee in the morning. Easy off street parking. Loved our time here!
Really nice, what we hoped for 4.5 stars
This place was really nice, clean and comfortable. I only wish I knew that the thermostat was set to a schedule and I would need to adjust it. It was easy to adjust. And if I wished for one other thing it would be a simple way to play music (cds or files) other than hook the DVD player to the TV. It would have been nice to be able to play some music but not through the TV speakers (which sound like TV speakers of course). Overall - a nice place we would happily stay at again.
Hi Keith. So happy to hear you enjoyed your time at our home and plan to return. We would love to host your family again. I’m so sorry to hear about the thermostat as this has never been an issue in the past and it’s not set on a schedule. I will check it today and replace if there is some sort of malfunction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m always readily available via text/cell and only wish I had known during your stay so we could have remedied this inconvenience. Thank you for the feedback re: playing music as well. We might look into a small bose speaker system or something similar so guests can sync their phones. Great idea for visits to the Music City! Thanks again for your review and hope to host your family again soon. Abby
Perfect spot for our stay! Clean and cozy. Comfortable and well appointed.
Abby’s home was just what we needed for our family of 6 as we visited Vandy with our teenage boys. Everything was as described in the listing and the open feel of the house was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was very functional. Very attractive and well-appointed. Extremely convenient to Vandy as well as to highway to get other places around town. Thanks Abby!
Gorgeous house in a great location
We stayed for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely and clean and beautifully furnished, with excellent fit out in terms of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.
It is In an excellent location, very close to Hillsboro village (walking distance to great coffee, restaurants and shopping) and the street itself is nice and quiet.
The owner Abby was very knowledgeable and always happy to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!
What you see is what you get! Great stay with this property!
This house is in an easily accessible, lovely, residential neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful, and reasonable walking distance to shops and restaurants. I enjoy living like a local in places we visit.
For our tour days in the city, we purchased a two day trolley pass and parked our car in a paid lot closer to Belcourt Dr. It was much easier to pick up the trolley than driving and parking at the various locations in Nashville.
The house was clean and well stocked with the basics: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and even included shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. Beds were comfortable with tidy sheets and covers. The kitchen was spacious. There is a nearby Kroger for essentials. The living areas allowed for comfort and allowed our family of four some space to spread out after full days of "family togetherness." The owner is very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this VRBO and would certainly stay here again on a return trip to Nashville!
We'll be repeat customers for this fantastic home
The owners didn't miss a thing in this wonderful property. They had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfy with lots of pillows! Extra pillows and blankets tucked away in all the closet if we needed more.
The main kitchen/hearth area is really big and was perfect for gathering. This also was a great location to get to all the places we wanted to see.
