This is a nice property, but getting a bit dated. The location is great, although pretty quiet. The exterior walkways (which I think is more Breckenridge's than Wyndham's) is old and cracked concrete. I would think this location would have upgraded to pavers or something a bit nicer. The unit itself was nice, but not great. Acres of carpet, and carpet the was frayed and a definitely less-than-new. The kitchen hardwood flooring was damaged/cupped, and the floor edge was rough and appeared to have broken long ago. The pool and hot tubs were nice. Overall a good place and I'd stay here again, but hopefully they can do a bit of capital improvements in the next year or so.
Great location, but the unit is pretty worn
The location of this unit was perfect: close to downtown, trails, and the swimming pool and hot tubs, which our children and grandchildren loved. The size and layout of the unit was also perfect. The unit itself is pretty worn: the carpet is frayed and the bedding (comforters and blankets) show great use. The refrigerator does not work well, and we had to use a refrigerator in another unit. The kitchen floor is terrible. While we were there a foot long sliver of wood came came out. We had to wear shoes all the time t o avoid getting hurt - and one of us did get a cut on a foot.
Fantastic location, great layout created a super experience! We would definitely book this location again!
