This apartment is very well maintained. Your comfort and enjoyment is very important to us because we know how much you look forward to your holiday and of course, we want you to come back. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms - the master has a double bed and the second bedroom as 2 single beds which you can push together if you wish. There are quality wardrobes; fully tiled en suite to master bedroom and fully tiled family bathroom; fitted & equipped kitchen leading to utility/ laundry/storage area; lounge / diner is light & airy with 2 leather sofas (1 = sofa bed); coffee table, free-standing units, dining table, 6 leather chairs, flat screen TV, DVD & SKY. Very spacious corner terrace with wicker furniture & glass curtains for your convenience. LOCATION, LOCATION , LOCATION - IT'S PERFECT!! The beach is only a short walk (about 5/7 mins) from the apartment - and is actually at the end of the road on which the apartment is located. It is a clean, wide beach and the famous Nikki’s beach is a few hundred yards along. There are beachside cafes where you can wine and dine and enjoy fantastic fresh fish. There are also chairs & umbrellas you can rent or if you are staying for sometime, why not buy your own in the supermarket - might be more cost effective.

If that isn't enough, in the other direction, it's also only a 5 min stroll from the famous luxury 5* DON CARLOS HOTEL which you can visit for dinner or cocktails on the veranda!. A selection of first class restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, banks and other amenities are all within easy walking distance of the apartment and of course, a golf course is never far away! The closest is the Santa Maria golf course about a 5 min drive away.

MARBELLA, including the gorgeous Old Town, is a 10/15 min drive and so too is the very fashionable PUERTO BANUS where you can watch and admire luxury yachts, cars, shops, restaurants and of course, the beautiful people!

BENALMADENA, FUENGIROLA AND TORREMOLINOS are all close by offering lots of theme parks and other activities. Or why not visit the charming hillside towns of MIJAS or RONDA or venture further afield by seeing GRANADA, SEVILLE or GIBRALTAR.

And as well as the sophisticated or quant shops offered by the towns, there are 2 shopping malls nearby 'Euroski' and 'La Canada' so you can shop until you drop!

A car is recommended & is obviously more convenient but the owner has stayed many times without and made full use of local transportation - taxi and bus. By the way, there is always a taxi parked outside the Don Carlos Hotel which is only a 5 min walk from the apartment.

Further Details:

Leaving the apartment and walking for 10 mins past the Don Carlos Hotel and back over the main road a bridge, you will find the Elviria Commercial Centre home to bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bank, hardware store and other amenities including the main taxi rank.

The area has much to offer but quite simply, you can do as much or as little as you want - eat at the beach cafe or one of the elegant restaurants; be by the pool or the beach; a beer on the terrace or cocktails at the Don Carlos Hotel; stay local or travel around - to Mijas, Puerto Banus, Nerja, Ronda or even Gibraltar, Seville or Granada; read or sunbathe; cook in or eat out. Honestly, the only hard thing you have to do is to decide what to do!
