Not that clean got bed bugs all over two of us
This guest reported that she thought she had been bitten by bed bugs a few days after vacating. She however did not mention that someone else was supposedly bitten as stated in this review. We brought in a Licensed, Professional Pest Control company to perform a full inspection, and no evidence was found at all in any space of this unit. As we have maintained this unit for a few years as a vacation rental and the Owner stays there part time, we have never had anyone else ever say this, let alone have such a negative review about the unit. We have professional cleaners on each turnover, and while over the course of a few years, a few items have been noted, we are very serious about maintaining cleanliness, and correcting any issues in a timely matter. Once reported (after tenancy) We followed protocol to ensure there were no "uninvited pests", and would be happy to furnish the full report to anyone interested in booking the unit.
While it is unfortunate that this guest may have been stung or bitten by one of Southern California's many insects, I can attest without a doubt that this guests statement is unproven, malicious, and disappointing. Especially since they have already been notified of the non-existence of alleged pests.
Regardless, the guest did follow all house rules, left the unit in good order, hence my positive review on the guest.. I'm sorry there was this misunderstanding, but such is the nature of this business sometimes unfortunately . Thank you.
It's was great, beaches was in walking distamce
The property had all the basic function that you need when on vacation. Bedroom was large and fully equip. Great place for a small family to go on vacaton.
Location was amazing. Noise level was always quiet after 10pm. Lots of room. Upstairs was always a little hot but we opened the windows and night and ran fans and were fine. Will defiantly stay here again if in the area
It was a nice place as described. Heather was helpful and available over texts. Getting into her place was a breeze. Enough pots n pans for cooking and closet full of towels.

We were amazed at such a wonderful condo. It fit our family perfectly and was within walking distance of the ocean.
