Our Lake Forrest Condo in Frisco, Colorado, an old mining town, has just been re-decorated and up graded; ready to share with new friends. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit offers spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the majestic Rocky Mountains beyond. This unit is finished with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern LED lighting, brushed nickel hardware and decorator tile work throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and small appliances to delight any cook. There is a full size washer & dryer in the unit. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has 2 queen beds. Port-a-crib, high chair and sleeper sofa in the living room complete the layout. There are 3 flat panel TV's with digital cable, DVR, high-speed wireless internet and even a networked color HP printer for preparing those reports to friends and family about the fabulous time you are enjoying here in Frisco. Lots of games, Cd's and DVD movies are on hand to enjoy.
Guests will enjoy the bright morning sun on the full balcony and have sole use of the entire unit, very convenient parking and common areas of the Lake Forrest Condo facilities including Hot Tubs and BBQ court.

The Town of Frisco is central to all the outdoor and sports activities of famous Summit County; a true year-round destination for skiing, hiking, golf, trout fishing, 4-wheeling, biking, boating, rafting, and exploring. The condo is 15 to 30 minutes from 7 world class ski resorts. Driving time to DIA is approximately 90 minutes. Close to 2 major grocery stores, numerous shops, restaurants, 2 marinas and sports facilities. Outlet Mall Shopping Center and a Top notch Recreation Center are 10 minutes away.
A major bike path is directly across the street, alongside the Lake. A free bus system serves the entire area.
If driving in winter weather, please take note of the new CO Traction law:
If weather conditions require, CDOT can implement Passenger Vehicle Traction and Chain Laws. Motorists will be alerted to an active Traction or Chain Law by highway signage. Traction Law (Code 15):
During an active Traction Law, also known as a Code 15, motorists will need to have either snow tires, tires with the mud/snow (M+S) designation, or a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle — all tires must have a minimum one-eighth inch tread. You can also install chains or an alternative traction device (like AutoSock) to be in compliance with the law if your tires aren't adequate.
Other Things to Note
NO SMOKING & NO PETS are allowed in the unit. Marijuana might be legal in Colorado but it is not allowed at our condo. Absolutely no marijuana, tobacco smoking or illegal drugs may be used in our condo, on the balcony or on the grounds of the complex. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may be cause for expulsion.
