Swans Nest is a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 sf condominium located on the 2nd floor. Inside the unit you'll find a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Free Wifi, 42" flat screen TV in the living room, as well as a completely equipped kitchen. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining items and linens.

The Swans Nest condominium complex is located North of Breckenridge, nestled within pine trees, within 4 miles of downtown Breckenridge. It is also a great place for hiking as the Colorado Trail is right out your door. Avoid the hassle of parking by driving to the Airport Road parking lot and catch the free bus to the lifts or historic main street.
After a day of skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding or browsing main street, soak away your sore muscles or simply relax in the communal outdoor hot tub, or cozy up inside in front of the fireplace. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities while enjoying spring skiing with small crowds in Breckenridge.
Step out your door and onto hiking trails that wind through the Swans Nest complex! Or, sit by the small pond next to the complex and try your hand at catching some of the pond's fish! Enjoy the 4th of July parade, activities and fireworks, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
