This beautiful and exclusive apartment seems to have it all. This 1-bedroom apartment of 45 sq meters is on the first french floor (second floor US) with elevator and can accommodate 5 guests. Not only is it located steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the rue Cler street market, but it is also sports a true four-star interior. The style is decidedly contemporary, yet with a timeless elegance. The clean lines of the design are complemented by crisply contrasting hues.

The beautifully appointed double living room is exceptionally spacious and with its two full-length French windows, it is bright and airy, too. The hardwood parquet floorboards and ceiling mouldings give a natural authentic charm that is enhanced by the opulent furnishings.

The living room has two distinct areas with a large arched passage acting as a separation. The first part of the living room has a three-seater sofa, a TV / Hi-Fi / DVD player, and also a foldable table and chairs for enjoying meals at home.

The second part of the room, beyond the archway, has the feel of a cozy study, with twin bookcases, a sleeper sofa (double bed), and a leather armchair. This arrangement means that use of the sleeper sofa does not interfere with the first living/TV/dining area.

The bedroom, facing the courtyard and very quiet, is at the end of the corridor and features a color scheme of beiges with sharply contrasting raspberry red. The queen-sized bed has a stylish high-backed bed head with matching cushions. An elegant bench is trimmed in matching suede next to a custom-integrated closet with ample room for all your clothes.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and incorporates all the equipment and amenities you would wish for (fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, clothes washer-dryer). You will have everything to hand for preparing all the foods that you can find in the local open market on rue Cler, barely five-minutes away on foot.

The bathroom is conveniently located near the bedroom. It is also well equipped with a large shower cabinet, wash basin, and towel heating rails.

Thanks to its special location, striking designer lines and luxurious amenities, this apartment is without a doubt a great choice for a truly memorable and special stay in Paris.

This upscale neighborhood, located in the 7th district, and overlooked by the Eiffel Tower, contains some of the most beautiful architecture in Paris with buildings proudly displaying their gloriously grand stone carvings. The airy, wide open avenues and boulevards are the antithesis of the somewhat cramped streets of the Marais. The Champs de Mars park, behind the Eiffel Tower, offers a stunning setting for reading, strolling, or just letting the kids vent their energy at the playground. The Place du Trocadero offers one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to go there at night when thousands of twinkling lights sparkle at the top of every hour and the rotating searchlight crosses the Paris night sky.

Location was great! It was suitable for the three of us.

Great communication and timely responses. Very attentive, we were extremely happy and surprised with personal touches.

Although we didn't use any of the appliances, the apartment has everything you would normally need at home. The beds were comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we would use again.

Comfortable apartment 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower

The apartment has it all. A lovely living room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good shower, in a great location. it is quiet and secure. Loads of restaurants close by. Rue Cler, a charming market street, is a 10 minute walk. Metro is also a 10 minute walk. All in all, a great place in central Paris for a couple.

Excellent location, clean, all appliances and fixtures worked perfectly. Easy check-in.

We stayed at this apartment for a week in August 2016. After a long day of sightseeing it was great to come back to the apartment for a rest and then walk over to the Eiffel tower for a picnic and to watch the light show on the hour. In fact we watched that show every night during our stay. The tower is a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and upon arrival there was a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine waiting for us. Not sure if this is always done, or if it's only for longer stays such as ours, but it was a really nice touch and makes you feel welcome right away. The street is not busy and we found it very quiet at night especially off the master bedroom which is away from the street. It's only one floor up so we were nervous about keeping the front windows open at night when it was hot so we kept them closed.

We're a family of 5, two adults plus daughters aged 18, 13 and 10. The living room worked for us with one pullout couch which we kept open for two of our girls to sleep on, and the youngest slept on the couch which was just the right length for her. Having both couches pulled out just made it too tight. The table folds out so it worked for us to have breakfast every morning before heading out on the town. There's a place to buy baguettes right on the corner; however, they are not the best quality. Head over to Rue Saint-Dominique for your morning baguettes, fruit and veggies. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book this apartment again when in Paris.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable!

We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay in the apartment. From our initial inquiry to our checkout, we were completely satisfied with our communication, service, locale, and accommodations! The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable! There were tons of books to enjoy, the beds were excellent, and the kitchen had every necessity!

We also used the service of a driver that met us at the airport and drove us directly to the apartment as well as took our bags in and opened the apartment for us. It is also a bonus that there is a "lift" if someone is not as able to manage a flight of stairs.

The owner of the apartment returned every email very quickly and was personally concerned for our comfort and enjoyment! We definitely plan to return!
