The apartment boasts three double bedrooms with two individual beds each, two complete bathrooms with shower, a dinning / living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the open living / dinning room guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa- bed, an elegant table with chairs and plasma TV. Moreover, among other facilities you will find air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi connection, safe box, microwave and fridge. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

Recently renovated, in 2017, and with design furniture this comfortable apartment gives a very modern and fresh touch to the apartment. To relax and unwind, sun loungers are offered on the rooftop. Some of the apartments are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Barcelona, just a hop, skip and jump away from city's world famous museum MACBA and Boqueria market. Plaza Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas are accessible in 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is full of life, shops and restaurants. Public transport is just a few steps from the apartment; underground stations Universitat (Line 1) and Sant Antoni (Line 2) are 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.

Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Please give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment at +34607738235. There is no physical reception at the apartment, so it is important to call us in advance to ensure a smooth and quick check-in process.

HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.

The apartment boasts electric scooters.

Parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

Burglarized while staying--occurred on the third day while out enjoying tapas

My family and I stayed in this lovely apartment which had two keys to enter the apartment. One key was needed to get into the building, another key was needed to open the door. On our third day we went out in the evening--we locked both doors. When we arrived home, our computers, jewelry and cash were taken. We contacted the Barcelona Police department, the officers scanned the apartment, told us because there was no forced entry they believed it might be someone working for the apartment complex. My two sons were afraid to sleep on the third night, worried someone had the key to get into the apartment. We left the following day and stayed in a hotel. I filed a police report, and we left for a hotel to stay the remaining nights. I paid them for five nights, have not gotten a refund for leaving because it was not safe to stay, and am now trying to contest the charge with my credit card company. If you have an option, pay the 4 percent extra for American Express because the would immediately cancel the charges. Contacted Home Away, waiting for a response. Have used Home Away many times in the past, first time this occurred, and I have double charges (those from the initial booking and those from the hotel rooms because the apartment was not safe). An unpleasant stay, did not feel supported by staff, and would not use this site again.
