This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests making it ideal for families or groups. This is a 4 bedroom apartment; 1 master en suite with double bed and 3 twin bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. There are also 2 complete bathrooms.
This fantastic apartment is filled with natural sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows and its earthy colour scheme. It is complete with hardwood flooring, impeccable marble finish bathrooms and fully equipped modern kitchen with kitchenware and touch control electronic cooker. The apartment features a balcony, perfect for dining alfresco or sipping some wine on a lazy afternoon. From here you can enjoy sea views. The living room is spacious with comfy leather sofa, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo.
Bed linens and towels are provided for each guest in the apartment. Facilities include hot/cool AC, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and WiFi internet connection throughout the apartment.
Just a short walk from the beach, the apartment is situated within an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one children´s shallow pool), changing area, children´s playground and 24 hour security. We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
