Bright top floor split level Notting Hill 2 double bed apartment.

Spacious two level top floor quiet apartment with fantastic views of Notting Hill. Traditional historic stucco fronted building. The living room provides extra break out space with a double sofa bed, the bed linens are stored underneath the seats. The steps to the upstairs level are 'half steps' which require some co-ordination and may not be suitable for all young children. Please look at the photo of them in the gallery. Open plan living room/kitchen with wooden floors and very bright, fantastic location behind Portobello road. All mod cons, high speed WiFi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, ironing board, double USB wall socket plug, hairdryer available upon request.

The flat is clean, bright and spacious. It's on a quiet road in the heart of Notting Hill. The flat has a double bedroom on each floor and a double size pull out sofa bed in the living area if necessary. Towels are provided. Additional cleaning is available upon request.

Portobello road, bars, restaurants and cafes are 1 minute away, and there are several gyms. Tesco and Sainsbury supermarkets are available on Portobello Road a few minutes walk away and there is a corner shop very near the flat. The squares around the flat have parks with playgrounds for children and Hyde Park is a walk away.

The flat is close to Westbourne Park tube, approx 7 min walk. 10 mins walk to Ladbroke Grove or Notting Hill tube. There are several convenient buses including to the west end.

Hi, we are Louise & Ricardo, married with twin boys on the way!. I'm a Londoner and Ricardo is from Brazil. We've been living in this flat for the last 10 years and have loved the central location, fabulous local places and entertaining space in the apartment however it's now time for us to move out. We live very nearby to give any assistance required. I am a music teacher and Ricardo works in property so he's very used to dealing with all aspects of tenants needs. We have had good experiences in letting the apartment and enjoyed meeting people from around the world. We have plenty of local suggestions and provide a 'welcome pack' in the flat with lots more local information and personal suggestions. We look forward to welcoming you to London.

Slap bang in the heart of the Notting Hill area, the flat is two blocks away from Portobello Road and its' famous market. There are many shops, cafes, bars, art galleries, restaurants, gyms, pubs, live music etc all in short walking distance. The area is a colourful mix of global influences and in the same block as the flat you can find cheap cafes or two michelin star restaurants. Being on the top floor and with three large windows in the living room and a sky light in the hallway, the flat is naturally light and airy. The open plan entertaining space is perfect for creating relaxing breakfasts with newspapers or more extravagant suppers with family/friends. The split level adds a further sense of space. Also being on the top floor of a quiet house in a residential street the flat is a safe and secure place in central London for single travellers and families alike.
