Amazing townhome in a beautiful, historic building in Denver's LoHi neighborhood is the perfect place to land. Centrally located, LoHi is walkable to Downtown Denver, close to all major highways and bike friendly! Ready to move in!

You will love it here! This beautiful space is located in the heart of Denver's hottest neighborhood, LoHi. Just out the front door, there are about 30 places to eat and drink within walking distance. If you have your kids with you, 2 blocks away is a playground directly across from Little Man Ice Cream. There is also Ashland Rec Center with a great pool and work out equipment just 2 blocks away. Several yoga studios (Core Power less than a block away), pilates studios and gyms within blocks. There are a handful of grocery stores (including Whole Foods) nearby, walkable if you have the time. You can also find the dry cleaners, cute shops, and many other amenities very close by. If you just want to get out and explore, you can be across the bridge, through the park, and on Denver's 16th Street Mall in no time!

You are within walking distance of the walking bridge that connects LoHi to downtown Denver. You are also within blocks of several Denver B Cycle stations (public bikes for rent) and bus stops. Uber, Lyft and Car 2 Go are also very popular forms of transportation around here. The best part is you're super close to I-25, I-70 and Speer Blvd. which all take you where you need to be.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this townhome. It was very clean and well kept, very comfortable, in a great location, and everything that we needed was provided. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend renting this property and will definitely stay here again if we visit Denver again

Awesome townhouse in a great location!!

The townhouse is immaculate and cozy at the same time. It has everything we could possibly need plus some extras. One of our favorites was the charging station for our electronics. There is a lot of space downstairs and the bed is very comfy. The townhouse is located in a great neighborhood. There are so many good restaurants and upscale bars within walking distance, plus its fun looking at the older historic homes along the way. We would definitely stay here again.

Just fantastic is all I can say of our experience! Ideally located, perfectly priced, immaculate, with all the amenities of home and the best part was the outside patio for all our meals and morning coffee, gas grill as well. Can't say enough either for the owners Lane and Heather any question asked they were immediately answered and we were welcomed with a note and bottle of wine. The restaurants within a short walk are terrific as well and it's close to city bikes and all bike paths, and getting on and off major highways. We will be back soon loved loved Colorado! Kathleen

We will provide you with a door code that you will use during your stay. Very simple check in/check out.

We live in the building, just a few doors down so we're happy to interact as much or as little as you need from us. You may see us hanging out in the main courtyard and if so, feel free to say hi. We're always available for help, questions, if something goes wrong or if you're just looking for a restaurant recommendation or something fun to do!

If you know you will be using the pull-out couch, let us know ahead of time and we will have it made up for you. Otherwise, bedding for pull-out couch is located under the couch itself and the rest of the beds and bedding will be in the wardrobe downstairs and you can make it up as you like!

We ask that you treat our space the way you would treat your own. No shoes downstairs if you can avoid it...new carpet. We put a shoe mat by the front door so you can kick them off and get cozy when you get home!

We love our town home and want to contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood so no raging parties, ok? No smoking inside the unit and we don't allow pets. We also want to respect our neighbors so if you see anyone who lives in the building, be friendly and ask them for their favorite place to eat. You might make a new friend!
