This condo with modern decoration was equipped for our own use. My place is close to the beach, pool, jacuzzi and many other amenities. You will love the beautiful ocean view from the main bedroom balcony, and delight yourself with the peaceful sound of the waves. It’s a place recommended for couples, business trips, to come alone or family trips (with children). Surrounded by places for fun activities and nightlife to enjoy with family and friends. Hope you enjoy our house as much as we do!

THE SPACE

Our 3 bedroom, 4 bed and 2.5 bath condo is equipped to accommodate a total of 6 people (limit of 8 t all times). The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom and balcony overlooking the beach, the second has a double bed and the third and last bedroom with two single beds. We also have an inflatable mattress in case it is necessary to use it. Apart from our bedrooms, the department has all the following:

- Wifi.

- HDTV.

- Netflix.

- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils).

- Breakfast table for 3 people.

- Large dining room for 8 people.

- Spacious and cozy living room.

- Floor heaters and portable fans available.

- Bath Towels (please bring your own beach and pool towels).

- Sanitary paper and basic cleaning products for your arrival.

- 1 designated parking available within the facilities (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Clean, nice and cozy

The day after we arrived we had to wait for a few hours to shower since the boiler wasnt turned on. One of the maintenance crew helped us out. Vidriana is the house sitter and was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!

I would recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful unit, just as pictured in profile. My group of 8 had a wonderful time! it was a little crowded for 8 but I think that is listed in description... 6 would be perfect. Unit was very clean when we arrived, smelled like pinesol or fabuloso. Unit was located about a quarter mile from downtown Rosarito (ex. Papas & Beer) which was very convenient for us as well as right off the main highway. Parking is limited, once again nothing knew in description, so we had a parking spot near unit and other vehicle had to park outside of premise. Which was not a problem, plenty of security guards walking or riding their bike around property. Beach is just a few hundred feet away, beautiful views. Took a evening walk along the cliffside one evening and they even had a mobile taquero there which hit the spot. Evenings and nights are quite and peaceful in community, overall a great experience.

Lovely Property

We loved the condo - beautifully decorated, very clean. The property was well-maintained and it was great having a restaurant on-site. The only issue was that we were there for the New Year's holiday and it was cold and rainy. Wouldn't have been much a problem except that the central heating system and the fireplace were not working. Note on the wall said there was a carbon-monoxide leak and not to turn on the gas. On the up side, they did have a few space heaters that helped keep the bedrooms warm at night.

I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with the central heater system. That was truly not on our attention. We moved and fixed it as soon as we found out that it was a problem with it. For our visitor’s security, the Central Heater has been serviced, and it is working properly. I am glad the space heaters helped. We have one space heater per room so now you have both options (space heater or centrar heater). Thank you for helping me improve our vacation rental for others. We try our best to meet our guest’s expectations. All the best!
