A Beautiful view property, a little piece of paradise,,,,,,, as they say. Nested away in a rural area called Kaleden. Which is between Penticton to the north and OK Falls to the south. The house has a panoramic view of Skaha Lake. It is very private and quiet, it is a historic house, as it was one of the original settling families home from 1920 to 1989.
The house is near Hwy 97 which is the last leg of the bike route for Ironman/ChallengeRace.
The house is walking distance to the Kaleden beach park which has tennis, volleyball and basketball court, washrooms/changing rooms, boat launch (and you can leave your boat in the water if you have a anchor), fire pit, biking, walking and hiking trails....The historic KVR trail.
Skaha lake, two wineries and Lynden Gardens are all with in easy walking distance from the Sugarshack. It takes just 20 minutes to get to Naramata and Oliver where some of the best Okanagan wineries are located and 1 hour away from Oosoyos and Kelowna.

The house has been updated and kept very rustic in design. It is just 10 minutes south on Hwy 97 from the Penticton airport.
Sleeps 6 comfortably, 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, 1 - 4 piece bathroom with cast iron tub, outside hot tub looking over the lake, the house is fully furnished and stocked with everything you may need, just bring your personal stuff.
