I am a Naturopathic Doctor with a second love of managing/setting up vacation rentals! I currently own a vacation rental in Boulder, one in Jefferson park of Denver and have just set up this rental and will be managing it for my sister Kaila who lives upstairs. She is a working professional counsellor. Very quiet and is gone all day at work. She is very excited to have her first vacation rental up and running and we would both like your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! We both moved to Colorado from British Columbia Canada and cant get enough of the beautiful sunshine and mountains.

We both fell in love with this property when we first viewed it. The renovators did a great job at keeping the heritage appeal of the house while adding modern finished and touches. The fenced back yard is another huge plus and the location cant be beat. City park is just a block away and offers great running, walking, botanical gardens, golf and the Denver Zoo! In the summer the city offers a variety of activities including live Jazz in the park. The neighbour hood is great. Very quiet with easy parking but walking distance to great shops and restaurants on 17th street. Close to downtown, just a short cab or uber ride away

What makes this apartment unique

We take pride in the design of the rental. All furniture is brand new, mostly from West elm. We spent a long time on the design and keeping the space functional yet bright and airy. The fenced private backyard which is the entrance to the rental is a great plus!

I did like this place but a couple of things could be improved upon. The place was easy to get to and I appreciated the ease of parking. The bed was very comfortable. Most everything was wonderful. My family has very sensitive noses and there was a distinct odor..not sure if it was the sewer or something else. It would become stronger when the water from the unit above used their water and the same for us. We stayed 2 nites and this place was perfect for that. We didn't spend prolonged periods there so it was quite sufficient. It was clean (Other than the air vents needing a good dusting) And comfortable.
