I chose this property as this is the hottest neighborhood in Denver and the views are SO good. I've always wanted a place that is close to the action, but just far enough where you can sit back on the rooftop, read a book and have it be quiet and peaceful. And when it's time to hit the city, it is only a 2 minute Uber ride away! 1/2 block away, B-Cycle bicycles allow you to ride down th the Platte and into Denver in a blink of an eye. Walk to the light rail and be in Denver in minutes. Be on 6th avenue in minutes and head for the hills without having to figure out where you are going. Centrally located and close to all major interstate highways.

What makes this townhome unique

The finest view in town. Imagine taking in the beautiful Denver skyline on the rooftop deck. Sitting on the high end sectional, fire pit on, and watching the football game or movie as the sun sets on the the city. You won't want to leave.

How refreshing to rent a property that meets your every need! Nick was so communicative throughout the process of renting as well as being readily available while we were there.The home was very nicely furnished and had an abundance of everything we needed. The location was just perfect as it allowed us to walk to downtown, the grocery store and Union Station, as well as all the wonderful spots Nick recommended for refreshment! The roof top area was just perfect for lazing on the warm afternoon we had. This is a great property that I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Great Location and Property

We had a great stay at this town home. It is a short Uber ride from anywhere downtown and walking distance to the Aquarium and a number of bars/restaurants. Very nice property with roomy living areas and a nice rooftop patio. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Denver. Nick was very accommodating and responsive which made the trip/travel plans hassle free.

Back again!

Stayed here last year with a couple of work colleagues and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for this year. Very well equipped and comfortable property. Great furnishings. Three good sized bedrooms and a roof terrace. Couple of great bars and restaurants within walking distance and downtown is a short cab ride away. Also, very good communication with the owner, Nick, prior to us arriving. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Very Merry Christmas Vacation

My family of four felt right at home in this unit for the Christmas holiday. The location is close to downtown, yet a perfect size for a small family. The house is very comfortable with high end appliances including a curved screen TV and wine fridge in the family room, well stocked kitchen, stackable LG washer/dryer, and a great roof patio which we would have really enjoyed has the weather been warmer! The kitchen balcony has an outdoor timer, perfect for plugging in a string of outdoor lights. Two upstairs bedrooms are a nice size and we slept great on the master bedroom Tempur-pedic mattress. The ground floor bedroom is rather small and chilly, but works for a teenage boy. We needed to contact the owner once or twic during our stay and appreciated that Nick replied very quickly. We look forward to a return trip!
