Luxury Hi End Georgian Apartment in sought after central location

Hi, We are an Australian couple living in London now for the last 10 years. This is our much loved Clerkenwell apartment where we spent some of our most memorable times on London. We now live a little bit further out of the city in a suburb called Dulwich, having to move (begrudgingly) to a house once our kids arrived. We still love the neighbourhood, going back regularly to the wonderful bars and restaurants in the area.

Why Chris chose Clerkenwell

We loved living in the flat which is on the top floor of an old Georgian house in a street and an area with lots of history. . The neighbourhood has become a known area now for designers of all types. Clerkenwell design week becoming an industry must for many companies. With that the area is full of fashionable restaurants and bars which attract a very cool crowd. Exmouth Market is just 5 minutes work away, somewhere where Im sure you will be eating at a least a couple of times during your stay. The flat itself is on the top two floors, tucked away in very quiet street but one street each way and you are back in the hustle and bustle. Being on the top floor it feels very quiet. we fully renovated the flat about 5 years ago to a very high standard and have maintained this over the years. Difficult to find a period apartment with such a large open plan living similar to this.
