The Trafalgar Lane Residence is a stunning, well-presented, two-bedroom, main door apartment just a mile from Edinburgh’s historic port of Leith. This delightful property comes complete with two bathrooms, parking, and an outdoor seating area.
The lounge area plays host to comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV with Freeview and Netflix, and lovely touches from the owner, which including books & games and blankets for the outside area. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons you’d expect from such a fabulous property, and a small dining area provides further seating. If that wasn’t enough to be pleased about, this property also features an adorable little covered outdoor retreat, with patio furniture, lighting, and a heater so that it can be enjoyed even when the typical Scottish dreichness rears its ugly head.
We guarantee a good night’s sleep in the large master bedroom, which features a double bed and plenty of storage, as well as an ensuite shower room . A small second bedroom sleeps one or two guests on single bunk beds, perfect for adults or children, and a sofa bed in the living area is able to sleep two further guests. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes this amazing little getaway. We think it’s just perfect for a family of four or two couples.
The apartment also benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. Amenities include unlimited broadband, Freeview TV with Netflix, CD player/radio/iPod station, washing machine, iron and ironing board, highchair & hairdryer.
The Trafalgar Residence is located in a quiet residential area just a couple of miles from the historic old town, and a few minutes from the upmarket Shore area. For those visiting with a car, one private parking space is available for guests’ use, in addition to unrestricted on-street parking in the local area. The area is also very well served by Edinburgh’s Lothian Bus service. .

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
