Great 4 bedroom contemporary property, Recently redecorated in August 2017 to maintain our recent high standards. Owned by the same owner as Hazeldene and presented to the same high standard and colour scheme with 4 beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Free cable TV and internet access.Gorgeous oak flooring, soft comfortable furnishings and luxurious décor throughout. This modern mews town house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a great small private courtyard. This property can sleep up to 14 people with use of 2 double sofa beds. Fresh bright walls and colourful furniture make this house an ideal base for a visit to Brighton, available for weekend stays, holidays and family bookings.

We booked the house for the weekend as there were 10 of us coming to Brighton, and we were highly impressed when we arrived. It looked lovely in pictures, and completely lived up to out expectations. As regards the size, it comfortably slept 10 of us and we had plenty of room to eat together and relax. The house was spotless, and very well maintained. We were lucky to have good weather, which meant that we enjoyed a stroll along the seafront as far as Brighton Pier, but there was also plenty of public transport available and in the evenings a taxi was very reasonably priced too. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax with a big group, and yet still be within a stones throw of Brighton's beaches, night-life and amenities then this house is absolutely perfect!

Good stay

Good location easy to find your way around everywhere with shops walking distance.

Everything in the house was perfect apart from minor issues with the shower temperature and pressure but we made do.

I would recommend to anyone 👍

Great time - lovely house

Me and my friends had a brilliant time staying at Andrew's place as it had everything we needed. There were 10 of us altogether and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out without feeling in top of each other. House was really clean and the beds were comfy. The house is only a short walk down to the sea front and about a 10-15 mins walk to the pier so the location was perfect.

My deposit was paid back into my account the same day. Andrew also let us leave our bags at the house on checkout day so we could pop out for lunch without having to drag our suitcases around with us which was really nice.

Will defiantly not use again

Stayed at the house recently for my sister in law hen weekend, on arrive Andrew came across very rude and instantly caused a downer on the atmosphere, he left us outside and refused to let anyone in even though we have travelled few hours on the minibus and needed to use the facilities, while only letting the bride to be in to show her the house. He was rude to members of the party. When booking he never gave us a check out time and only told us that it was 10:30 Sunday morning when we arrived. Was given many rules which we did keep to but made the whole weekend very uneasily as it was never made clear that Andrew actually lived next door and on the other side was a family with children. We did feel that we couldn't actually fully enjoy being at the house (which was a lovely). We was told to take all recycling to the bins down the road which is a few minutes walk and to strip the beds before we leave which I felt was not really something you should ask but we did anyway. Overall the house was lovely but will defiantly not use again or I won't recommend to anyone looking to book especially a hen or stag do

Owner's Response: Dear Donna I feel your review is very unfair to me and my holiday home I have 5 holiday homes and have never had a bad reviews and have 100's of 5 star reviews over the course of the last 5 years. Most of your friends arrived at the intoxicated and drunk and didn't want or was unable to listen to any directions or advice regarding the house. I have a lot of experience of dealing with group bookings at check ins and felt this time it was very uncomfortable. I was extremely concerned about some of the group throwing cigarette butts outside the property. As a property owner I am dependent on good reviews ( which I always get) and I feel that this one has been left maliciously as even you mentioned how lovely the property is. When you arrived I was handing over a valuable property into guests hands so I had to be sure that you after it so it was important you understood our simple house rules. Self catering accommodation is just that self catering... its usual practice that guests dispose of their own refuse/ rubbish especially when the public council bins and recycling bins are less than 1 minutes walk from the house. As I said before I think you have been very unfair especially with some of the behaviour of your group on arrival. best regard Andrew

Perfect location, great stay

We had a great stay in the house over the New Year period - it was in a perfect location being close to the town and the beach, and a lovely property. We would definitely recommend it!

Great house, great location

We stayed in this house as a group of about 10 guys for a stag weekend. The house suited us perfectly. It was impeccably clean, in a great location a short stroll from the waterfront, and had plenty of room for all of us. Andrew was also a pleasure to deal with, and responded incredibly quickly to any queries I had. Recommended!

Was extremely happy with the overall experience 😊

Lovely house! Perfect size for 10 woman on a Hen Do. Great kitchen size for us all to sit around the table and have dinner/ cocktails/games together with. Location is perfect as it is only a short distance to the beach and pier. Great night life. Taxi fares are very reasonable....everything is very reasonable to be honest. Deposit was paid back within a few hours. Had such an amazing time!

Andrew was very approachable and easy to talk to.
