If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 20 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! We appreciate your consideration of using us to plan your stay, however you choose to book.

Also, our property care team works very hard to get the homes spotless by check-in time, so please understand that their goal is to make your stay more enjoyable and do not interrupt them if you do happen to arrive a little early.

Great place to stay. It is as advertised!

Had a great time here with the family. Has two good-sized rooms with comfortable enough beds, walk-in shower in master bath and another bath with shower in the other bathroom. There is also a pull-down hide away bed in the living room which appeared comfortable.

The kitchen was great and had an open concept with the dining/living area which overlooks the ocean.

Comfortable furniture all around and the kitchen was stocked with basic spices and all the utensils ands appliances any average chef would need.

The building has gated parking and is away from the main strip so you don't hear people noise and yet close enough to access it by walking the promenade 9 easy blocks. The building is the closest building to the water and with great access to the beach. Really safe neighborhood, 2nd floor with a small balcony.

Seaside, and the unit, are close to great hiking and to Cannon Beach. After driving 15 minutes south, we hiked the Tillamook trails south along the cliffs and eventually down to the famed haystack rocks of Cannon Beach, beautiful and really accessible!

The strip (Broadway) in Seaside is made up of a lot of small businesses, which are hit and miss with regards to quality of food. We cooked in the condo which saved us time and money. The kitchen makes you want to use it! There is a Safeway and some local grocers close by.

The management company (Seaside Rentals) was great to work with. Very professional and prompt with their responses. We definitely would come back here!
