Stylishly designed, preserving original Catalan construction elements, Olala Design Apartments 3.1 is a fully equipped, luminous apartment, located just 10 minutes’ metro ride from the iconic Plaza España.

The apartment features a small terrace, the perfect spot to have a quiet morning coffee. Guests can also benefit from a spacious shared communal terrace, located on the top floor of the building.

With exposed brick walls and modern decor, our local interiors designers have created a welcoming space fitted with 1 double bedroom and a cosy living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal with fresh local ingredients, or for preparing a nutritious breakfast to get you ready for a busy day in Barcelona. It includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle.

The bathroom comes with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and fully equipped apartment, a place that feels just like home. This apartment also has a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.

For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free.

Great value in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was fantastic! Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the metro this apartment is perfect for those not wanting to stay in the central part of Barcelona. The only thing that was wrong for me was that the drain for the kitchen leaked. Other that that it was great!

Gérants et communication au top pour ce petit logement. Literie très bien . Bémols : canapé lit de mauvaise qualité pour les deux couchages supplémentaires et quartier populaire et très bruyant . Prévoyez boules quies.idéal proximité du métro et parking privé pour votre véhicule à prix très raisonnable.
